Guests are welcome to use the air conditioning/ heat to their liking. Although, please turn the thermostat to OFF once your stay has ended. Alcoholic consumption is prohibited for any guest(s) under the age of 21. We kindly request that the furniture and layout of the home IS NOT to be moved around or reconfigured.
