When we arrived we were allocated a room upstairs BUT we have an elderly dog that finds stairs difficult - I had requested that we have a downstairs room but Booking.com didn't pass on the request. Luckily our dog managed the stairs reasonably well and the hotel got us a room downstairs the next day for the rest of the week. Room was big and comfortable, restaurant was good and so was the breakfast. Nice having a swimming pool. The location couldn't have been better for us - walk over the road to the beautiful beach. Staff very helpful and polite. We loved their 3 Bernese dogs. Great stay.
As I stated above, we weren't given a downstairs room on the first night, but I think it was Booking.com mistake and the hotel rectified it as soon as possible.

Nous avons découvert un établissement soigné , entretenu , de bon goût , aux chambres bien conçues quoique un peu étroites .
La literie est très acceptable pour des gens difficiles comme nous pouvons l'être .
L'hôtel est spacieux par la grandeur des salles pour le petit déjeuner comme pour pour la restauration .
Et quoi dire de l'espace piscine , le top ,
La restauration est tout à fait convenable .
Le personnel est à l'écoute de la clientèle et communique un esprit d'optimisme sur l'ensemble des convives .
Les clichés dévoilés sur le sites booking demeurent dépassés et ne donnent pas l'esprit de l'entretien et la luminosité de l'établissement .

We were given adjacent rooms on the balcony. Both were very clean and spacious.
Perfectly located for the beach front.
Only negative is they were only equipped with a small fan. I appreciate air con would require major investment but perhaps bigger fans could be provided as we were there during the heatwave!
