Paradise awaits you with this Beautiful 3 bedroom Newly remodeled Dream home with incredible ocean views across the street from the World Famous Duke’s restaurant. Magnificent features include open floor plan that is filled with light, large outdoor entertaining deck(w/ fire pit) and Malibu Beach Vibes! Kitchen is fully equipped w/ 2 stainless steel refrigerators and a Bertazzoni stove. Relax in a sensational Japanese tub after a fun-filled day at the beach and indulge in our Lavish products. Master bdr has a queen bed and en-suite spacious rainshower with glass walls to ceiling . Guest Room also has a queen bed and the kids room has 2 trundle beds (sleeps 4). The sleeper sofa also has queen bed. They all have new comfortable mattresses and super comfy linens and pillows. Guest bathroom has a Japanese tub with a waterfall shower. Our dream Beach house is located on PCH and is 2.4 miles to the Malibu Pier. Sit back on our entertaining deck (w firepit and edison strung lights)and enjoy the luxurious cars parade by! Or better yet sip on Champagne or enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins parade by !!!!!! Welcome to the BU! Pets are always welcomed here! Pet fee is $150

We had a great time in our stay. The house is as advertised with great views, a great location, and everything. The outside deck is a perfect place to spend the evenings. Check in and out was super easy. Overall, a great place for a Malibu vacation.

We had a blast on our 4th of July stay. The only downside was how noisy it was from all the cars on the street but we kind of expected it going in because we had read the reviews. The view was beautiful. We even got to see some fireworks which we were not expecting. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I especially loved the double refrigerator. We also use the barbecue grill which worked great. We were able to roast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy the patio at night with the heaters. Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much Mary for letting us use your home. Great memories for our family!

This property is perfect for groups looking for space to sit and catch up. The patio and living rooms were so comfortable to reconnect with old friends. The traffic from PCH is loud but the view and outdoor living space more than made up for it! The property manager was responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need and is in a great location. There is great hiking nearby, a nice park up the street, the beach, and close to the airport. We love that there were great places to eat just a few steps away -- Country Kitchen for the best breakfast burritos and Duke's. But we really just enjoyed hanging out in the deck. Thank you!! (We did read the reviews about the loud traffic, but it really wasn't too bad. )

This home was ideal for our family! We hosted Christmas dinner for our extended family and had everything we needed to make a big dinner from scratch. There were all of the pots, pans, tools as wells as serving platters, plates, glasses and silverware. The weather was very warm so we enjoyed an ocean view with our meal. Afterward, we had enough space in the living room to hang out and open gifts. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for the holiday!

I would give Mary and her property more than five stars if I could! The location is stunning and the home is very well kept. Mary is very attentive and thoughtful and went above and beyond for us! We miss the house dearly already. Such fond memories were made! We especially enjoyed the patio and the view from it. Perfect stay!

we stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and their two infants, 1.8 year old and 6 months... great living room area and fabulous outdoor deck for dining, grilling, relaxing and and infant to walk around. Great to have Duke's right across the street as then the parents/grandparents could go across and have dinner while two stayed behind to watch infants, and then swap duties..."date night".. the front room can be quite loud at night given pacific coast highway and motor cycles - bring "white noise machines"...

This is a lovely home in Malibu overlooking the ocean with a spectacular view and outdoor space.
I believe this is just a rental and is generally well equipped but is starting to show the wear and tear of constant rentals.
A few caveats:
1: the view from the outdoor space is amazing but you are directly on the PCH and the road noise is constant and load.
2: the bedrooms are very small but functional.
The outdoor area is amazing but needs some TLC
Mary is easily accessible and responsive although I needed to replace ALL the propane tanks in ALL the heaters and the bbq.
This should have been done and checked before we arrived.
Check in and check out is easy and seamless.
Overall the place is great but just be prepared for the road noise.

Lovely rental on PCH
Very charming rental. Ease of checkin was outstanding. Only disappointment was the beautiful Edison lights, fire pit and heat lamps were not operable so we couldn’t enjoy the patio as we would have liked. But would stay here again if those were working!

Bright, Clean, Comfortable and Close
This was a wonderful place to launch our visit to Malibu Beaches and LA sites. The hosts were helpful and also allowed us privacy. The only side note is that this property is close enough to the PCH that it does have a bit of road noise. One bedroom in particular. Just pack a set of earplugs and you’ll be fine. Lovely home.
