A large room, comfortable furniture, a big bed, and a small balcony. I'd especially like to mention the spacious bathroom.
The air conditioner isn't cooling very well (it might just need a refrigerant top-off).

It’s really well equipped: the furniture, tv, ac, fridge, oven and stove.
There was not a water stopper for a bath, so I could take a bath. And there was a holder for shower tube on a good high (so you can shower properly). But the bathroom in general also was good

The apartment is spacious and things are kept in good condition. The building itself is not loud, we didn’t hear anything from the neighbours. Staff is responsive.
It lacks kitchen utensils, if you plan to cook there could be a problem. What we found in drawers was not clean.

Spacious apartment; air conditioning; spacious bathroom; property has a bath tub.
Poorly equipped kitchen; shower head almost faulty; The bath tub plug is absent; Cleaning has to be improved; Very poor window isolation in the bedroom (definitely not for sensitive sleepers, as the building is located by the very busy road);
