Excellent location, facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
In room dining options were pretty eager. Food was dry and tasteless as well.
Also had an experience with a staff member that was a bit uneasy. We called reception for some decaf coffee pods and water bottles. I was in the room with my family watching TV in the bedroom area when he opened the door without knocking and left everything in the living room area and walked out. By the time we realized what had happened he was gone.
That was pretty shocking. but I do have to admit that the other staff members were all very courteous and helpful.

Good location and accommodations
They charged me again for an already booked suite. Then every little thing was additional costs. WiFi extra cost. Parking extra cost. No refrigerator.
