This is a fabulous villa in a stunning location. The villa is very spacious and has all the kit and equipment that you need - even a wine fridge! Inside it is very modern and finished to a very high specification. Outside there are terraces and balconies all around and despite there being other properties in front and to both sides, because of the trees and the size of the plot, it feels very private and secluded. Private access to a jetty and the sea is also a bonus. Prizba itself is a charming fishing village. In the summer there are several quayside bars and a couple of restaurants overlooking the harbour.
There really isn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property and our stay there. We were there in mid October so very much off season and therefore all the bars and restaurants in Prizba were shut, but that suited us as we were looking for peace and quiet. Besides, there’s plenty of year round bars, restaurants etc in Korcula town itself.
I suppose some might criticise the drive around Prizba harbour to get to the villa itself as it’s quite challenging, it’s very narrow and misjudging a corner would literally cause a splash! But for us it just added to the charm!

A very spacious, modern house, equipped with everything you might need. The garden and sea view were breathtaking. The location is excellent – on one hand, it's away from the main traffic, but on the other, everything (beach, restaurants, shops) is within a few minutes' walk.

The house was spectacular, beautiful grounds, right on the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, 2 min walk to beach, but you could swim off the dick at the villa. Villa came equipped with good 3 good quality paddle boards & a kayak. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for cooking. Beautiful, peaceful indoor and outdoor eating areas. I would highly recommend this outstanding property
