Nestled in Snowmass Village, this lovely condo for $193 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals****** Traveling with a group? This is just one of 6 units we manage at Lichenhearth in the same building - each will sleep 4 to 6 people. Newly Refreshed decor Spring 2023 Bedrooms 1 Bathrooms 1 Sleeps 6 Bedroom: 2 Queen beds Living Room: Brand new Queen sofa sleeper Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen Wood-burning fireplace Balcony with gas grill 40" Flat screen TV Free guest laundry in building Seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub Ski storage The Lichenhearth Condominiums are located right at the base of Snowmass Mountain. Ski right down to the property at the end of the day. Enjoy a quick ride up on the elevator back to your condo and rest those weary ski legs in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also relax on the outdoor patio with great views of the surrounding mountains in Snowmass. You can prepare a great dinner on the grill while you soak up that view. **Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season. This one-bedroom condo is ideal for a small family or a group of friends traveling together. You will find 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a queen pull-out in the living room. Your group can enjoy breakfast together in the morning or dinner in the evening. The condo is so convenient you can even ski back for lunch! Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots. You will find an outdoor pool and hot tub on site. Shops, restaurants, children's ski school and the gondola and chairlifts are just next door. Take the kiddos over in the morning for their lesson and pop back over to the condo to enjoy another cup of coffee before you hit the slopes! In the evening you can saunter back to the condo after enjoying a wonderful dinner at one of Snowmass's many restaurants. Your stay at this condo will be a relaxing and enjoyable one! ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort*** Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed. Permit #048796 *If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool/hot tub is operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. I loved that this was a smaller property compared to some of the others in the area. Being surrounded by trees made it even more beautiful. The condo was comfortable and met our needs. We suggested some items to add to the kitchen. The dishwasher isn't the greatest but not a deal breaker. The Lichenhearth app was very helpful. We got to leave amidst one of the first snows of the season which was very pretty. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

I loved my stay! Superb location. The space is great for 2 or 3 people. Slopes are walking distance from the apartment. The place is in great conditions. Service is great, management is very nice and helpful. I had a great experience with the iTrip staff from the very beginning until the end.

We had a wonderful trip to Aspen/Snowmass this summer and found Lichenhearth to be an excellent location for us. It was a 2 minute walk to the shuttle gondola, close to many great restaurants and bars, and so many hiking trails nearby. The arrival and departure instructions were very easy to follow, arrival was seamless, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every tool we could’ve wanted. Thank you for a great trip!

Location, location location. This property was ideal for our skiing vacation. True ski-in to the door of the condo and with just a very short walk to the Village Express lift for ski-out. You are also extremely close to all bus transportation that is free throughout the winter to the other nearby ski areas and to downtown Aspen. While the condo is somewhat dated, we found it to be perfect for our stay and quite cozy. Everything worked, the room was warm and the beds were comfortable. This was a great vacation and we are extremely happy we stayed at this property in Snowmass Village.

We selected this property last year not aware of how close it was to the Treehouse kids lesson area. It’s literally the closest condo to it. So short walks before and after, there’s a outdoor hot tub we enjoyed, and sledding on the hill right outside. The kitchen was fully equipped so I cooked most meals (breakfast and dinner). Management was easy to text and they were responsive. We loved staying here and will again!

Fantastic location, modest accommodations (as pictured ) = great affordable vacation! If you had kids in ski school (we did not) this location is right there- yards away. Would be ideal. Walk to the lift & right into the village for everything. Loved it.

this is one of the best locations in Snowmass, walk out, ski in, 200 ft from treehouse and base.
sadly, it has had little maintenance attention for what must be years. for a relatively small amount they could update the lighting (there is none over the main room table), the other fixtures are original from the 70's; the dishwasher is not connected to the counter and 'fallsout' whenever you open it, and there is much clutter, including old games without the pieces, readers digests from 2010, scattered tools not in a simple dollar store plastic box, etc.
the heater is not attached to the wall, not sure how that meets code.
the furniture is circa 1970-80 as well.
i wish i owned the place and could fix it up in a weekend; the location and the pool and the parking are perfect.
if you just sleep here, and enjoy Snowmass, you'll be fine.

The place was not air-conditioned (the norm in Snowmass) and when we arrived it was really hot. For some strange reason the heat was on. The directions encourage you to create a cross draft to cool the place. Problem is all the windows are on one side. The only window on a side wall is busted and the owner has removed that crank. Creating a cross draft is impossible. We ended up living with the hallway door open and the hallway was hot anyway. On day two it snowed 6 inches. (classic Snowmass weather) That solved our problem.

Amazing location!
We just finished a five night stay at Lichenhearth 21 and loved it! We have two kids and this condo is right beside the kids ski school and Treehouse daycare. It was easy to walk back for a quick snack after skiing for a while. It has covered parking which came in handy for us Floridians who are t familiar with snowy conditions. The condo had free laundry and the hot tub which we enjoyed. The kitchen had all we needed for the meals we cooked. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Snowmass! The communication was great and easy with the management and they accepted our snow clothing rentals too. Thanks for a memorable first ski experience!!!

Perfect spot for a short family getaway for the balloon festival. Parking spot made it easy to keep our bikes near, nearby access to gondola to head up to the mall for dinner was great, and nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after long days enjoying the area. And so wonderful to be in property where we could have a fire for chilly fall evenings and plenty of towel racks for wet swim gear.

Perfect accommodations for visiting our CO kids
Everything was just perfect. Well stocked and thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bath. Very clean. Very responsive property manager. We were there during shoulder season -everything was quiet. Only issue was controlling temperature— we turned off heat and opened windows at night to make cool enough to sleep. There is a fan in the bedroom which is nice. Would rent again!

My only complaint would be that we were in a bit of a complicated situation at the time of check out because of a snow storm, I asked iTrip’s staff if they could give me suggestions about what we could do and their response was to leave as early as we could, which we did risking to get caught in the middle of the blizzard. In fact we did got stuck with nowhere to sleep half way to Denver.
I think staff should be a bit more knowledgeable about what to do in these situations and offer guests different options. Just try a bit harder to be nice and helpful.
The apartment is great, staff didn’t get my 5stars for that detail.

Great location, dated property and furniture
Location was great, beds comfortable and property manager/communication was very good. However, the unit itself is very dated as is the furniture (with the exception of the beds).

Great spot, but an older unit. Property manager was VERY quick to respond, even when it was just us letting them know about a problem that needed to be fixed after we left. We would definitely stay again. Just can't give 5 stars because of things that need to be updated.

Kim and iTrip were great hosts and communicated well throughout. Condo is steps from Snowmass Village/lifts (truly ski on/off) and hot tub and pool were great!
