Nestled in Snowmass Village, this attractive condo for $236 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals****** Traveling with a group? This is just one of 6 units we manage at Lichenhearth and each will sleep up to 6 people. Bedrooms 1 Bathrooms 1 Sleeps 6 Bedroom Area: King Bed and a twin bunk bed Living Room Area: Brand new Queen sofa sleeper Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen Wood-burning fireplace Balcony with gas grill 40" Flat screen TV Washing machine and dryer in condo - new addition! Seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub Ski storage This large studio is ideal for a small family, one couple or a group of friends traveling together. There is a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds along with a sofa bed, providing 4 separate beds to accommodate a wide variety of travelers needs. With the fully equipped kitchen, your group can enjoy breakfast together in the morning or dinner in the evening. The condo is so convenient you can even come back from your activities for lunch! Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots. You will find an outdoor heated pool and hot tub on site. Hiking and mountain biking are right off of the property. Just a short walk away, you will find the Elk Camp Gondola which will take you up the mountain to the Lost Forrest for zip lining, ropes course, fishing and more. In the winter, take the kiddos over in the morning for their lesson and pop back over to the condo to enjoy another cup of coffee before you hit the slopes! In the evening you can saunter back to the condo after enjoying a wonderful dinner at one of Snowmass's many restaurants. Shops, restaurants, children's ski school and the gondola and chairlifts are just next door. Your stay at this condo will be a relaxing and enjoyable one! The Lichenhearth Condominiums are located right at the base of Snowmass Mountain. Hike, mountain bike or ski right down to the property at the end of the day. Enjoy a quick ride up on the elevator back to your condo and rest those weary ski legs in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also relax on the outdoor patio with great views of the surrounding mountains in Snowmass. You can prepare a great dinner on the grill while you soak up that view. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort*** Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed. **Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season. Permit #048804 *If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool/hot tub is operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. I was very happy with the check-in and communication. The condo itself was cute and had all the things I needed from the kitchen, bath, bedroom and deck. The wood for the fire didn't want to light even after using all the starter sticks, but that could have been easily fixed if I would have communicated but I ended up having to leave early due to an emergency at home. Other than that it was perfect. Thanks.

Clean, cozy, quiet. Exactly as advertised. Gets very good morning light in the summer time which was a nice little bonus. Was a little hesitant to stay at a ski resort in the summer time, but there was a lot to do and Snowmass felt very much alive.

This is a fantastic unit with sunrise views of the mountains and steps away from the base village and village express lift! Kitchen well stocked and lots of storage space for your stuff. Balcony was great and fireplace too!

Excellent location. Clean. Good property management company with helpful responsive staff. Unit is dated though with worn counters, bathroom tile etc. these are all clearly represented in listed pictures. Of note this compels does not have its own shuttle bus /van like many of the othe complexes at snowmass. Overall had a great stay and unit was exactly as expected.

Property and location was fantastic for my wife and I and our three children (13, 10, 7). Ski in/ski out was perfect for getting out early and warming up and eating lunch at midday. We had a minor issue with the hot water in the shower but the property manager directly contacted a plumber to come in, after hours, and correct the issue. We skied until the lifts closed, built a fire in the evenings, cooked in the condo, and watched movies after dinner. Wonderful experience!

the condo is right next to the lift! excellent location to the lift, skittles, and shops. the firm mattress was awesome! new black appliances, not the old white ones in the listing. lots of drawer space for your clothing. shower temperature controls are very finicky. quick responses by management. we'd stay here again!

Yes, i would call it a ***** five star review. Even though the unit is one of the older ones at snowmass, everything was clean and very functional. Katie, the representative was on top of providing information before and during the stay. The location is terrific. Would stay there again in the future. Ron Hewson

First I really want to highlight that what we saw in the pictures is exactly what we got. Sometimes pictures are from a time when the property was newer and then you get there and it's a bit beat up. Not the case here. It was lovely, cozy, comfortable and everything was exactly as described. The property was clean, very well kept and we had everything we needed. We had blankets, pillows, excellent wifi, a fully working kitchen with all kinds of utensils, super comfy couch and decorative pillows. The view from the balcony/small terrace was amazing and took my breath away every morning. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of questions (where's the thermostat, questions about trash etc) and we got a very quick response, very stress-free excellent service.

Everything was good but the beds in The condo are super firm. I woke up every night around 2:00 and could not get comfortable to fall back asleep. My shoulders are sore from sleeping here. I would not stay their again.

This unit was walking distance to everything in the Village. The provided fans worked great and we never even noticed the lack of A/C during our late July stay. The unit was exactly the way it looks in pictures too!

For the most part condo is good but few things could be improved. 1. Cooking stove is from depression era, no joke! For ski in ski out condo in Aspen few hundred dollar investment whould bring the kitchen to 2021. 2. Fan in the bathroom is extremely loud. Again could be upgraded since the day condo was built. 3. Humidifiers didn't work. Without them air was extremely dry. Other than that, condo is in great location. Thanks for cookies and coffee. Sergio
