Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $600 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. One of a kind, newer (2012 built) Tuscan beauty with upgrades galore will make your OCNJ stay it's very best. This 1st floor condo has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and can accommodate 11. Property has lots of features that makes this place stand out from others!! Property is located at 607 St. Albans Place - located between 17th & 18th Streets off of Wesley (towards beach/boardwalk). Approximately 37 steps or a 20 second walk from front of property to beach/boardwalk access. This gorgeous upscale property has central air, gas heat, Brazilian hard wood floors, crown molding, granite counter tops and tile back-splash in kitchen. Teak stone hearth and mantel, gas fireplace. Two car garage w/ epoxy floors, attached laundry room w/ washer/dryer, and full bathroom. French sliding doors open to a beautiful large stone-columned, black iron-railed wrap around front for watching the water, sunsets, run rises and family meals. Views and location! Gorgeous ocean views from property and this property is only steps or a 30 second walk to the beach/boardwalk entrance. Bedroom layout: Master: king bed with attached full bath, private balcony JR Master: Queen bed with attached full bath and balcony BR 3 - Queen bed and balcony BR 4 - Full/twin bunk (full on bottom twin on top) with balcony There are also 2 portable twin cots with mattresses. Property has an exterior shower to rinse off and a full bathroom on ground level (entrance to bath from garage or exterior of property) so you can clean off when coming in from the shore. In addition, this property comes with 2 washers and 2 dryers. One is located in the laundry area on the ground level off of garage (perfect for wet towels and bathing suits) and one is located in property. Property has 2 car garage and a parking pad allows for parking for 3 plus unlimited off street parking with no meters. Lots of extras including beach chairs, beach tags (8), Weber grill, etc. Guests provide their own sheets/towels. No senior week, prom weekends. Min age requirement.

From beginning to end, we had an amazing experience with this property. The location is one house from the boardwalk, which was as advertised. While there were a few end of season issues with the property, the property manager was more than accommodating to help us in getting the problems solved. The space was plenty large enough for 4 adults and 3 children to live comfortably and the amenities were more than sufficient. We are already looking to rent again next year!

Kitchen utensils weren't adequate, mixing bowls, pizza cutter, spatulas. We took our own, based on the reveiws , otherwise very nice place. We enjoyed our stay

Our family spent a fantastic Block Party weekend in this beautiful house. There were 4 couples.
Pros: Great location at north end of boardwalk. Perfect for bike rides and walks.

Cons: our only complaint was that the 4th full bath, was actually off the garage , and not in the main part of the house
It is really only usable as a bathroom, when you come off the beach , which was not clearly noted
The 4th bedroom is only usable for children, as the bed is a single over double bunk, and not comfortable for adults
We would love to come back, but need 4 FULL bathrooms, and adult bedrooms

We loved our time at this beautiful casa. The view from the deck were spectacular, we spend several nights just kicking back. We loved the inside decor and the gracious space for our two families. Will be back next year for sure.

Location and Beautiful home.
We choose this property because of the effect location. It’s close to the boardwalk and the beach. The place is very well planned out with plenty of room and comfort. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with and responded promptly. I highly recommend not only this property but also staying in OC. It’s a great family town. Do t forget to have breakfast at Uncle Bills pancake house. Enjoy!

Maryellen is a super star..very helpful and professional. Most everything was great with the exception of the grill which was very dirty and unusable. Towel rental towels were very thin. Loved having 2 washers and dryers along with the beach and boardwalk right outside!!

Awesome Location, Very Well Maintained
This one level property is perfectly situated in OCNJ and is immaculately kept inside and out. I actually took pictures of the appliances for when I need to replace my own. There are four, full, beautiful bathrooms. We would definitely rent again. The following limitations in no way deter from the awesomeness of the property. The kitchen may require you to bring a few items from home (rubber scrapper, wooden spoons to stir, meat thermometer) and the microwave is salad-plate sized so plan accordingly if you're planning on meals involving this appliance.

This house is amazing!!! It is located in a perfect location where you don't have all the hustle and bustle yet steps away from the boardwalk. The house is built well and very clean. We enjoyed EVERYTHING this house had to offer !!!

Absolutely Amazing!!
This is our third year staying in Ocean City for Labor Day weekend. Our home was just perfect and by far, our favorite place to stay. Such a great location. We loved sitting outside on any one of the three decks. The inside of the home was immaculate and the layout was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious and it was great having TV's in all of the rooms. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals in. We also loved the fact that beach tags were provided as well as plenty of beach chairs. The garage was very large for us to be able to park two cars inside (back-to-back). All in all, it was a such a wonderful weekend and you can't beat the location.....just steps to the beach. Would definitely stay in this home again. Thank you Mary Ellen for being a great host with such an amazing home!!
