Nestled in Ocean City, this charming house for $704 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Ocean City Getaway is a designer three bedroom, two bath condo, located on the coveted 1st Street beach block. This bright and vibrant, ground floor condo is just a short 5 minute walk to the popular and family friendly 1st Street beach area, which offers convenient access to all the beach’s amenities, boardwalk and the most popular Browns Restaurant donuts. This home was featured in Coastal Living magazine. A true rare gem for an Ocean City rental. We also include fresh luxury bed linens and towels. There are 4 bikes. The safest of streets within the coveted beach block and an alley behind home so kids can ride bike right to the boards and the beach with safe access! Encompassing the entire ground floor of a new development, this incredible beach home is furnished with Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware furniture and has custom finishes throughout. The chef's kitchen features maple white cabinetry and is ready for entertaining with a full stainless appliance suite, marble countertops, and a wine cooler that is tucked in the large island. The living room has ample sitting to enjoy the 60" HDTV and custom 72" LCD fireplace. The living spaces are finished with exotic hardwood and the bedrooms with comfortable plush carpet. The entertainment space includes a Smart TV that comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and Premium Xfinity Channels, and surround sound so you can enjoy your movies and music. The master bedroom with ensuite has a King bed, HDTV, and rear balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The master shower is a "walk-in" full, glass spa. The second bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, and a balcony. The third bedroom has two bunk beds and sleeps five children with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed. The bathrooms are finished in Carrera marble with quartz countertops to bring a spa-like feel to your holiday home. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front porch has four rocking chairs, a tropical ceiling fan, and two tables to relax the summer days and evenings away. There is a private outdoor shower with evening lighting and a teak bench for cleaning up after the beach. The laundry has a large stacked washer and dryer, so guests can pack as little or as much as they would like. This is a private alley lot so there is parking for one car and a large garage for storing all your items. Upper Unit can be rented if available and rent entire home of 7 bedrooms and 6 baths

The house was by far the best rental my family has ever had. We would go back without question. The house is close to the beach and not quite as crowded as other areas. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to deal with linen rentals and the associated logistics. There were even things like dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent etc. which seems like a trivial thing but it all adds up to a great overall experience. We had a great time!

Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home on 1st Street! We have never stayed down that far when visiting OCNJ (we go every year) and it was a nice change. The area is quiet and laid back. The beach is a short block away! Brown's was a treat for a sit down breakfast, donuts and a water ice while on the beach. We also ate at the Island Grill right on the corner and my children liked runnning to the corner store/deli for quick things we forgot. It really gave you the feel that you were part a community, not just 'borrowing' the house for a week :) The house itself was gorgeous. The furniture was very comfortable. The amenities were top notch. It was a treat to not have to drag towels and sheets and even beach chairs with us on vacation. We used the grill as my kids played games in the back alley. We enjoyed seeing the many local bunnies every day! The house was clean and modern, stylish and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, There easily could have been a whole other family with us and there would have been room. My youngest (5) could not reach the bathroom sings so we had to improvise to make her a little step stool lol. The island was huge and my kids ate breakfast there every day. The beds were very comfortable. My teen loved having her own room on vacation and also having a balcony off her bedroom. Her only comment was that there were no full length mirrors in the home so she got some slack for hogging the bathrooms mirrors haha. They loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach to cool down and clean off. The house was absolutely lovely, just my style. Loved every inch of decor. That and cleanliness are very important to me. I want to feel 100% comfortable when staying in a home for a week and I certainly did here! The fireplace is awesome! Just a gorgeous home that we were very lucky to take over for a week :) Thank you to the hosts for giving us the opportunity!

I can't say enough about this property! We had the best time! The location is amazing!!! We had a 2 month old, 4 yr old, parents, and grandparents! Excellent location and stay
We had a very nice week at this property in Ocean City. This was a prime location for beach access and the boardwalk. Nice local recommendations for food and shops by the owner. The property was modern, as advertised, and clean. Check-in and out was easy. It was a nice home to return to after a day at the beach. Nights could be spent relaxing on the front porch. Overall a very nice property and I would recommend it to others.

Beautiful home close to the beach
Home is lovely and nicely decorated in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and short walks to the boardwalk/beach. Some temporary issues with internet and Rob was very responsive to that and all requests and eager to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would come back again!

Luxury at the Boardwalk
From the moment we walked up the steps onto the porch and in the front door, we absolutely loved the house. Luxurious in its appointments, yet comfortable and inviting in its furnishings. We loved being so close to the boardwalk, and came and went throughout the day. We rented bikes and rode the boardwalk each morning, and to and from the beach. We had a fabulous time. Our homeowner was very helpful with all of the details of the house, and with suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and readily available to us. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a top quality experience at the Shore.

Despite the pandemic, we had a great week with our family. The home is immaculate, has an outstanding kitchen with lots of needed items, perfect location to stay away from the crowds, beautifully decorated and the owner is very accessible.

A terrific retreat in OCNJ!
The condo at 820 first street was as presented. It was clean, and beautifully decorated in a classic and comfortable way. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked in many evenings over our three week stay. The owner was flexible and accommodating with our stay as well as quite responsive in our communications. We hope to return for another stay!

Perfection!
This was our second year at this house and it was just as great as last year! The location is perfect. We enjoyed how quiet it was but also how easy it was to walk to the busy area of the boardwalk. The unit is clean and well equipped. There are several beach chairs and bikes in the garage so no need to rent. We will definitely be back!

Great location Great stay
I just stayed with my family of 4, 2 very young kids. The location is perfect for a family as it's a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, but it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The layout of the rental is also nice for a family as there is quite a bit of separation from the family area to the bedroom, so you don't have to worry about waking up the kids when hanging out at night. The property was clean and the kitchen came fully equipped. Being able to under-pack is a good plus. No need to bring sheets, pillows, blankets, coffee maker, toaster, etc. as everything is included. I would definitely recommend, and if ever staying in Ocean City, NJ again I would certainly stay again.

Our best holiday rental in Ocean City ever!
The home was exactly as described. Incredibly maintained and upgraded like it was our own home. Owner left beach badges, supplied towels and linens and beach gear in garage. Not your typical rental in ocean city. This owner really cares for his home and it shows. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great location
A beautiful home for our end of summer getaway. It was our first time staying on the north end. The location was perfect and we rarely used our car. The owners thought of everything to make it a lovely space. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning.

Wonderful vacation home! This place has it all! A cook's kitchen, modern lay out, huge flat screen, great BRs with luxurious bathrooms plus nice location! A block to the beach! Right near the OC first aid/ public restrooms on beach. Short bike ride to everything-tennis courts, shops, boardwalk and more! We will definitely rent this home again!

Fantastic house in ideal location
Everything about this home is top notch. Great location, far enough from the hustle an bustle of busy boardwalk for quite evenings, but close enough to walk to. Fabulous an spacious interior with all high quality amenities. Rocking on the spacious front porch was the perfect way to end the night. Great owner and an amazing house. The photos are accurate except the home is even nicer then the photos. Excellent location close to beach and restaurants. The finishes feel more like a custom home rather then a beach rental. Dont miss this one. I think they are already full for summer. Not surprised!
