The apartment is in the center of Naples ideally located to wander the city and port by foot. The elevator was a useful amenity to get luggage to and from the unit. The unit is located on a main thoroughfare which provides the sites and sounds of everyday life in Naples. The unit is large and was very comfortable for 4 adults. The washing machine was a bonus feature!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this charming rental. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice. The extremely high ceilings and massive doors make this apartment feel so spacious! The location is in walking distance to most attractions and only a 30 minute walk from the train station.

Fabrizio and his son, Matteo met us upon our arrival and helped us transport our luggage from our car to the apartment. There is a lift in the building, so you do not have to worry if you have mobility challenges. We loved walking the stairs because they are so large and in a unique building. The apartment has all the necessities to live comfortably. There is a washing machine in the apartment to help with your laundering needs. If you prefer to cook, there are amply tools to prepare your meals at home. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to choose from steps away from the apartment. Each of the 2 rooms are quite large with high ceiling and open spaces. They were perfect for our family of 4. The main living space is also large, so you and your traveling group will always feel as if you have your own space. The building itself is a 1 minute walk to Piazza Dante and a 2 minute walk to an excellent market. The apartment is located on a main road which is known for shopping, restaurants and many other activities. The National Museum of Archeology is a very easy walk from the building and the sightseeing along the way will keep you on your toes because everything around you moves so fast. We were able to walk to all the local landmarks, Castel Sant Elmo (with funicular), Castel Ovo and Castel Nuovo. Also, were able to walk to the beautiful shopping center near Piazza Plebiscito. We do not recommend driving unless you are accustomed to very busy city vehicle (car and motorbike) movement all around you. This apartment is so close to everything so you do not need a car. And, it is a near distance to the airport, so Uber or taxi is convenient. Fabrizio is a wonderful host and very helpful to his guests. If you visit Napoli, this would be a great option for housing as it is convenient to all tourist destinations and has all the comforts you may need.

We spent two nights in this beautiful apartment with our two children. The landlords are incredibly friendly and the apartment was very clean. The large house in which the apartment is located is something special. Then there are the high walls. Very impressive. The apartment is super central and you get the feeling of being right in the middle of this great city. Highly recommended

Little too noisy to sleep with the windows open so got a bit hot and the toilet needs a little skill to flush... Push the button 5 times and it works! But overall it's great.

Nous sommes arrivées alors que l'Italie du Nord était contaminée mais nous sommes restées car à Naples ça n'avait pas de conséquence. L'emplacement de la maison est optimal, les propriétaires très à l'écoute et très serviables. Le séjour a été sympathique malgré les conditions. Nous sommes malheureusement parties plus tôt que prévu.

Il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti a Napoli è stato piacevolissimo. L appartamento è molto caratteristico ottimo per vivere l atmosfera della città. La posizione è centralissima vicinissima alla fermata della metro Dante. I proprietari ci hanno accolto splendidamente e sono stati molto disponibili .

Appartement spacieux et agreable, bien aménagé et surtout tres bien situé dans le centre historique, on peut visiter la ville a pied. Pour aller plus loin, les lignes de metro sont toutes proches. Fabrizio est tres gentil et disponible, très à l'écoute. Merci a lui. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location.

To be able to stay in such a place from the 1700's with the large doors, windows and little balconies was very nice. The apartment was very large and bright. It was close to a nice piazza/square with good restaurants serving napoli pizza and pasta. You can walk to a lovely old castle and to the waterfront bay. The location of the apartment itself is on a very busy street which was noisy but that is what it is like being downtown. Fabrizio is a lovely and kind host.

Sehr grosse, helle Zimmer, wo es alles gibt was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Zu Fuss erreicht man in wenigen Minuten wichtige Museen, den Markt/Supermarkt und Trattorias. Auch beide Metrolinien, Standseilbahn, und Zuglinien sind in nächster Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine Sache hat uns gar nicht gefallen: der Booking Modus. Wir mieten seit Jahren immer wieder Ferienwohnungen über Fewo-direkt /Homelidays/ HomeAway/Abritel und die Buchung war immer mit einer Anzahlung verbunden, die nach dem direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vonstatten ging. Seit einiger Zeit wird verlangt, dass die gesamte Summe bereits vor der Bestätigung der Buchung bereitgestellt wird. Wir finden das schlichtweg unzumutbar und werden in Zukunft versuchen über andere Portale zu buchen.

This apartment is beautiful with huge rooms, windows and ceilings. All rooms have balconies. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (children aged 14, 17 and 19). The owners are very gracious and helpful. The apartment is situated in an historic area with many sites, shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was our first visit to Naples and we loved it. We will be back and would definitely use this apartment again. 5 stars.

L'appartement est spacieux et idéal pour une famille. Nous avons trois enfants. Bien équipé, très propre et reposant. Il est extrêmement bien situé. A deux pas de l'extraordinaire musée archéologique, du vieux Naples, du funiculaire et des principaux monuments de la ville mais aussi d'une station de métro et d'un supermarché. L'accueil était excellent! Mais n'oubliez pas vos boules Quiès. Nous avions les nôtres et nous avons bien dormis.

bellissimo appartamento in un edificio altrettanto affascinante. comodo, centrale (metropolitana a pochi passi in piazza Dante), tutto il centro storico raggiungibile a piedi. ampi spazi, soffitti altissimi, senso di antica nobiltà. pulito, accogliente, caldo, luminosissimo. cucina nuovissima, la doccia non altrettanto. unico problema il rumore della strada sotto (traffico, motorini, sirene), ma Napoli è Napoli. proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili (frigo con bibite e snack). tornerò.

Sono stata in questo affascinante appartamento per due giorni con alcune mie colleghe per un convegno e poi altri due giorni con mio marito e mia figlia. Sono stata benissimo in entrambe le situazioni. L'appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, con soffitti altissimi, finestre enormi, porte monumentali e stanze in cui perdersi. Un salto nel passato. Peccato l'unico bagno. In ogni caso si sta ad un passo dalle metro, dalla funicolare e dalla ferrovia Cumana. Assolutamente consigliato!
