About this house rental
Privately set entire lower floor of a two floor house providing two bedrooms and living space in a comfortable and independent setup. The place has separate entrance for guests with free and exclusive access to swimming pool and big play area. Access to Netflix, Prime and other entertainments.
EV charging is available at the property for an additional costs (with prior request)
House is just 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes to the local (Chapman) shops. Bigger shopping centre (Cooleman Court with 50 odd variety stores) is about 5 minutes’ drive and Westfield is about 10 minutes. Canberra city centre is about 15 minutes drive and Hospital about 10 minutes.
Near adjacent to the house is the popular Cooleman ridge natural trail for walking/cycling which forms part of the national bi-centennial trails.
Several other tourist attractions are within 10-15 minutes drive like National Zoo, National Arboretum centre, Mint factory, Parliament house, Lake Burley Griffin, etc

Tanu was amazing. Very easy to communicate with. Accommodation was clean, easy to get to and would 100% recommend this place to someone and will definitely come back to stay next time if available!! 10/10!!!!

Well-equipped and comfortable accommodation in a quiet leafy suburb. Near walking trails. Sufficient parking for vehicle camper trailer, level no reversing required.
