My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children) and furry friends (pets) .The apartment has a large living room and kitchen. Three large bedrooms including one double, one with double beds and one single, three bathrooms. Lounge with fireplace and outdoor garden are at guests' disposal. All finely furnished with care and style. The garden is equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, loungers and barbecue. On request it is possible to have kitchen facilities, laundry, babysitting, daily cleaning, shopping, and other dogsitter. All rooms have television and free wifi internet connection, moreover, the apartment has a parking in the garage covered that allows access to the old town otherwise closed to traffic for non-residents. The apartment, part of a building of 500, fully restored according to current earthquake standards and restored, is furnished with care, is located at the Largo Vescovado which is based, precisely, the Bishop's Curia. A few steps away from the apartment, 300 meters, the main historical monuments of the town of Gubbio, such as the Ducal Palace, Palazzo dei Consoli, the Duomo and the Hanging Gardens of the Ducal Palace. Always in the immediate vicinity of the main restaurants and shops of handmade and typical products of the place. A 30 km from Gubbio is Perugia, Assisi to 40, 45 to 50 Spoleto Todi, 50 km Urbino; the ancient town of Fano with its harbor is just 70 km away is the same for the city of Pesaro. Fabriano with its paper mills is only 32 km while continuing for another 20 you will reach the caves of Frasassi.

Beautiful old apartment in historic Gubbio. Elena and Frederica were easy to deal with and met us to direct us to apartment. Even had a garage!(small cars only). Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty. Elena even came the next morning to make us breakfast! Wow! Wish we had stayed longer. If you want to stay in a comfortable authentic Italian home - this is the place for you! We will be back!

Six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bishop 7 located in the delightful ancient city of Gubbio. Federica is a superlative host. She was always available to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. The home is spacious, immaculate, comfortable and the back garden was a perfect oasis from the day's exploration. Bishop 7 is a place you will always wish you could have stayed longer.

Relaxing Italian Holiday

We had a delightful and restful stay at Vescovado for four weeks. The highlight was the lovely garden (roses, jasmine, lavender, cherry tree, ivy topped bower with small table on one side, large outdoor dining table under tent on one end, well-manicured, delightful week after week) separated by french doored and screened windows from the master bedroom. Next to that bedroom is a large fully equipped, tiled bathroom; with fewer guests than we'd originally expected, we hardly used living room with sofa, desk, TV; we easily adjusted the timing of the morning breakfast service to fit our schedule; our hosts made every effort to see that we were comfortable. Might work best for extended family; clean, modern bathrooms, small but functional kitchen, house remains cool in hottest weather, classic Italian interior, short walk to Piazza Grande, restaurants.
