ARNAQUE, pas d’eau chaude, ultra bruyant

Les faux sourires du personnels

Gentil devant vous pour mieux vous poignardez dans le dos. Lors du Check in on vous demande 100 usd de caution pour la chambre qui seront gelés le temps du séjour. Au moment du Check out on me dit que tout est bon, qu’il n’y a rien de casser dans la chambre et que je ne serais donc pas débité des 100usd. Au revoir avec un grand sourire. Finalement je me connecte sur mon compte et vois qu’ils m’ont débité la caution. C’était Omar qui était la réception ce jour là. Grosse arnaque. De plus chambre juste en dessous d’une boîte de nuit musique à fond jusqu’à 2h30/3h du matin impossible de dormir avant! Pas d’eau chaude non plus dans les chambres. 4 jours de douche froide! A FUIR!

Très bon séjour

Le confort du très grand lit top, ambiance très sympa et très cocooning. Petit déjeuner au top. Hôtel très très bien situé proche de la 5eme avenue et des plages. Top!

Nous étions côté rue dans les chambres au RDC et c’était un peu bruyant.

Schön, aber mit abstrichen

Schöner Innenhof, gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück

Zimmer sind sehr laut. Rezeption sehr unflexibel. beim Parkplatz gilt First come First Serve, heißt als wir ankamen, gab es keinen Parkplatz und auch am nächsten Tag wurde uns ein freier Platz nichtmal 2 Stunden freigehalten sondern wir mussten mitten am Tag ins Hotel um unser Auto einzuparken. Frühstück ist sehr lecker, aber jeden Tag das gleiche.

Hôtel avec une végétation luxuriante et bien placé.

L’hôtel est très beau et foisonne de végétation. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très complet. Un parking surveillé est aussi disponible à côté de l’hôtel.

L’aménagement de la salle de bain est assez minimaliste et la douche difficile à régler.

Pessimo!

Giardino e posizione

Hotel pessimo dall’accoglienza alla pulizia. Abbiamo fatto il check-in e siamo entrati in camera, c’era uno strano odore di umido misto a fogna. Ma dopo poco ci accorgiamo che oltre allo strano odore c’era il comodino appiccicoso e sporco, idem il pavimento poi apriamo le lenzuola e…sorpresa!! Federe dei cuscini strappate, lenzuola macchiate…in conclusione le camera era stata riassettata ma non pulita. Personale quasi infastidito ha cercato di trovare giustificazioni e scocciato ha pulito finalmente la camera. Nei giorni successivi ovviamente nessuno ci ha rivolto più parola anzi ci hanno tolto anche il saluto. Complimenti!

VERY much not impressed!!!

Central area and pool area were lovely.

It was incredibly noisy (due to proximity to central area). Rooms were very basic. Staff not very helpful and parking was non existent - we were told “our car park is full so you’ll have to find somewhere on the street and pay for that”

Bom custo benefício, ótima localização! Recomendo

A localização é excelente, o ambiente muito agradável com muitas plantas, a sacada apesar de ser compartilhada com o vizinho é bem agradável. Os funcionários são amigáveis.

O café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias, duas fatias de pão, um pedaço de bolo, ovo e café (estava tomando leite com chocolate quente, mas acabou). Realmente o local é bem barulhento (tem um hostel atrás que faz muito barulho), mas se você não se importa, vale a pena ficar neste hotel sim! O estacionamento pode ser usado, mas depende da lotação do dia. Tudo isso foi dito antes de pagarmos.

Muy lindo pero….

Los zona de la piscina y los espacios comunes son realmente hermosos y un oasis en la ruidosa Playa del Carmen.

Reservamos habitaciones con desayuno incluido, pero el desayuno era realmente escueto en variedad y cantidad (1 plato con yogurt, 1 tostada y media rebanada de budín por persona). Así que no esperes demasiado si has reservado esta opción. Si buscas descansar lamentablemente tampoco lo conseguirás aquí y no es culpa del Hotel Hul-Kú, sino que hay un Hostel a pocos metros con música fuertísima hasta al menos la 2 am / 3am. Por último la piscina y el patio en el que se encuentra es realmente lindo, pero el agua estaba extremadamente fría, tanto que no puedes permanecer allí más que unos pocos minutos.

Precioso

El desayuno, bien, variado y rico. La ubicación excelente, cerca de la 5ta avenida y alejado del ruido de la noche para poder descansar bien. La piscina no la use, pero se veía preciosa

Agradable y cómoda

excelentes instalaciones y aseo del mismo, el desayuno es básico continental.

No es culpa del hotel pero hay mucho ruido en la noche por establecimientos vecinos, la música dura hasta la media noche todos los días.

Quarto grande, camas confortáveis. Banheiro com secador, hidratante para o corpo. Funcionários atenciosos, check-in 24h. Localização a 3 quadras da praia, perto da balsa que sai para cozumel e perto do mercado principal Wi-Fi excelente. Fornecem bebedouro para encher as garrafinhas. Café da manhã servido das 07:30 às 11:30 Área da piscina com cascata, chave com cordinha para pendurar no pescoço. Bo segurança

Não tem isolamento acústico, o hostel do lado deixa a música muito alta até 01h da manhã, mas desligam tudo depois. Quando chegamos o quarto estava com o chão úmido, mas secou rápido. O frigobar desligado.

Schöne Anlage

Eine sehr schön gestaltete Anlage, sehr grün und mit vielen kleinen Rückzugsorten. Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr liebes Personal. Super Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer waren in Ordnung (ein bisschen Renovierung könnte nicht schaden). Wir hatten einen großen Balkon (haben diesen mit einem anderen Zimmer geteilt).

Nur ein kleines Frühstück und jeden Tag dasselbe. Das Hotel könnte hier und da etwas Aufmerksamkeit vertragen. Poolliegen waren z.B. schmutzig. Wir haben leider täglich Kakerlaken in unserem Zimmer gejagt, das war nicht so toll.

Enjoyed the hotel and staff, not the neighbours.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff was great as well. Beautiful property, the atmosphere is 10/10.

Very loud music from property across the street. The wood frame windows are not sound proof. Difficult to get children to sleep.

Sehr schön angelegter Innenhof mit viel Grün Super Lage zur Hauptstraße und dem Strand Abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof

Sehr wenig Liegen am Pool Leider keine Sonne im Innenhof Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und Schimmel im Bad Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel 50Pesos Aufpreis pro Poolhandtuch ist eine Frechheit bei so einem Hotel Man muss billige Plastikarmbändchen tragen Das Frühstück ist für die Preisklasse leider enttäuschend Der Lage geschuldet wird es Nachts leider relativ laut

Great Budget Spring Break

This place was a great stay in playa if you're not trying to spend an arm and a leg on accommodations. What we most liked about Hulku was the beautiful landscaping, the pool, and the kindess of the staff. We weren't there much and basically just needed the room to sleep in- which it worked just fine for that. We had a room with 2 beds, a nice working AC and TV. It could be decorated a little more and is more bland than i'm used to, but that's the only thing I really noticed. The outside really made up for the standard and older interior of our room. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay.

Very clean and filled with plants. The staff were nice enough to help me carry my things to my room. The space is beautiful and has a small play area for children. A fridge avaible in the room and a glass pitcher you can fill with cold water when needed.

Wonderful stay, kids enjoyed the hotel and we would return.

Nice small hotel, family friendly. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5ta Avenida. Very close, walking distance to the ADO buses which are a good transportation to and from Cancun Airport, and other places like Tulum, etc. The continental breakfast was good, fresh ingredients. We stayed in a suite which had a small kitchen, good working fridge. Pool area only has 3 lounge chairs, but even on a busy spring break week kids enjoyed it. Free parking. We enjoyed the outdoor space, all the nature that is in the middle of Playa DC. We have been to Playa many times and stayed at other places, overall this is a great value and location.

great location close to everything but a bit far from the noise from the main clubs. even though parking is not part the facilities, they offered us a spot in their private parking so it was awesome as where the hotel is, there are not many spots available.

Nice hotel with terrible staff.

Great location. Nice hotel full of plants Breakfast was tasty We were ale to store our bags after check-out, what I thank for it and it slightly improved reputation of the staff after problems before

Servis and staff was simply terrible. After arrival they asked us to pay for already paid accomadation. After some discussion it was clarified. What was worse, was they I complained to dirty bed in the evening. I was expecting simple to change the sheet, but the response of the guy in Front Desk was simple 'Sorry". After discussion he added, that they will change it next morning. It was unbelievable and took another 15min of discussion to bring some solution. Additionaly staff on the breakfast was extremely slow. AC in the room was very noisy, therefore not possible to use during the night.
