We had a fantastic holiday in a superb villa! The size, location and facilities were excellent and our property manager was first class - great support and flexible on check-out timings which was extremely helpful.
The TV and wi-fi were excellent (I have never seen so many channels or access to online movies) and the kitchen equipment and BBQ were great!
Only thing that could possibly improved ids giving longer timers on the aircon for night time use in the summer.
Overall, fantastic all round.

We had a great holiday at villa Alexia. Great location close Secret Valley golf club and very accessible to the villages of Pissouri, Mandria and Kouklia. Excellent food options in each of these villages. It's also just a short car ride into Paphos which was ideal.
Barbara is really helpful as property manager and gave us a thorough run down on the local area and attractions.
The property itself is superb with 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining on the ground floor. It's also really well equipped for all eventualities.
The pool and garden area are fab and the pool is serviced regularly.
All round a great option for a holiday to the Paphos area.

Villa Alexia is situated in a quiet area just outside Secret Valley so a car will be of advantage. The Villa itself is superbly equipped, with all the amenities on site for a complete holiday.
We especially enjoyed the en-suite bedroom balcony for relaxing in the evening sunshine and swimming in the well proportioned pool.
The surrounding villages provide good evening entertainment and restaurants especially Gabriel's Tavern in Kouklia and Kentpoikon in Mandria.
We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Villa Alexia has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cyprus. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and situated in a very quiet location. The gardens are very attractive surrounding a lovely pool which is very warm when heated. It was a perfect base for exploring the mountains on bikes.

Communication with the owners was great from the start and Barbara, the manager, was on hand for anything we needed. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need. We were there for two weeks. The is great and there was a selection of games and dvds. Kouklia is a lovely area and good for access to Pathos. Must dos if you have kids is the water park in Pathos and buffet night at Gabriel’s in Kouklia village. We hope to return.

Our holiday was postponed two times, because of the corona restrictions. Now finally after 22 months we are able to visit our holiday address at Villa Alexia, located in a beautifull, safe and peaceful area, 20 min. drive from Paphos and 10 min. drive from the airport.
The villa is equiped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday; it is nice and clean and very spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We paid extra for the poolheating; so lovely temperature to get into.
Villa Alexia is perfectly located to visit Troodos Mountains, Limassol, Paphos or Latchi.
All in all, Villa Alexia is an ideal location to spend your holiday.
You won’t be disappointed with this nice villa.

Villa you will want to come BACK TO.
We have stayed here before. It’s a ideal spot if you want a quiet holiday, with lovely villages around that have excellent taverns to eat at. We have the pool heated so lovely temperature to get into and spend a long time in it. Lots to do in this area and very easy to get into Paphos if you want a bit of tourist time. You won’t be disappointed with the villa. Well equipped and Barbara, who looks after the property is always on hand.

Lovely family villa
We had a great week in this lovely villa. The pool was fabulous and the gardens around it are pretty special. We loved the family feel. The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway - with a cupboard of toys and games, every kitchen utensil you could need and comfortable beds. We hope to be back.

An A+ Villa
From inquiry to staying excellent service. Owner very quick to get back to me. We have stayed a few times now and have booked again for next year. The villa is in a idea spot for peace and quite . It is well maintained and Barbara is a excellent host during your stay. We had the pool heated even though it was very hot this year. I am not one for cold water to swim. We made a lot of use of the pool. Plenty of restaurants near by but would recommend a car. It’s far enough from Paphos but you can drive in 15 minutes if you want a tourist area. The owners were very flexible and accommodating with our booking with the virus and willing to change dates, but lucky for us we made the holiday this year.

The villa is absolutely stunning and the equipment provided was great. The pool and rest area setting is very relaxing. I have to say this was the best villa I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot!

Perfect holiday villa for families
This is a beautiful villa located in a lovely area, very safe and peaceful, 20 min drive to Paphos and 10 min drive from airport, very easy to find with the directions Barbara, the villa manager, had sent.
The villa came equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday and is very well looked after. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was down to kitchen equipment, water cooler, British plug sockets, kids games and a huge selection of pool toys/ inflatables.
As a family of 4 we found the villa to be very spacious with 3 good size air conditioned bedrooms.
The pool was excellent and we opted to have it heated which made it the perfect temperature for kids to swim all day and evening! We took up the offer to hire the pool towels which was great and would definitely recommend this to save luggage space.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and are a lovely feature to this villa as the palm trees offer plenty of shaded areas to relax.
All in all I have nothing bad to say about this villa, it will exceed all expectations and made for a beautiful holiday in Cyprus. We will definitely be returning to Villa Alexia.

Lovely Villa in Golf Resort
We had a really lovely relaxing holiday in this well-equipped villa in Secret Valley. Well located in reach of Paphos in 20 mins and some great nearby villages and tavernas as well as the local facilities at Aphrodite Hills. The villa itself has three good sized rooms, is fully air conditioned and is surrounded by lovely gardens. The heated pool was very nice too and meant we could use it anytime at all. All in all a really nice way place to stay - we will be back!

Ellie the property owner and her property manager, Barbara, were on hand to answer any questions we had. Barbara visited us on the first morning to see that we had settled and answer any questions we had. She gave us tips about where we could go and what we could do which was very helpful. We LOVED the pool and all the greenery that surrounded it. Although there are other villas nearby, we had peace and quiet, and privacy. There was lots of space in the villa. Aircon for when it was too hot outside. A BBQ for enjoying al fresco dining. Lots of pool toys to keep the kids amused. DVDs for kids and adults and table football and a selection of games when we needed a break from the sun. You do need a car to get here but it is handy to have a car anyway so you can go off exploring. We loved it!

Lovely location, near enough to Paphos if you want a tourist area but very quite golf resort. Excellent places to eat in nearby villages. Our second time in this villa and will be returning again. Garden has plenty of places to sunbathe and lots of places for shade as well. Pool very clean and we had it heated and it was great just getting in to swim. The steps are great as it makes it so easy to get in and out. Villa had everything you need for a vacation and is very well looked after. Although the villa is in a golf complex it is very private. Plenty of space and bbq if you fancy cooking outside. It’s easy to get to any where in Cyprus from the villa and although not far from airport you don’t get noise from the aircraft. We had a excellent holiday staying in the villa. Owner gets back very quickly for any questions you have booking the villa.

Excellent Villa and location
This was our second visit to Villa Alexia in August 2018 and as per the previous year the standard of accommodation and facilites was excellent. This was aided by the extremely helpful Kathy and Bill, on hand for advice and to sort any problems.
As a family of five (2 x adults, 3 x children under 13) we have found the Villa an ideal holiday home with everything you need and ideally situated to make the most of the Paphos area.

The photograph is everything and more!
The photograph is everything and more! This is by far the best villa we have stayed in the last 10 years of independent holidays. The saying "you get what you pay more" is exceeded in the shear quality of everything that Villa Alexia is able to provide. The location is faultless, the swimming pool spotlessly clean as is the whole of external grounds. There are loads of little touches that the description does not explain. Our advice is take Ellie up on the loan towels, it will save on baggage space. Check out the Car hire offer - we were too late but it is better than the car hire firms at the airport.
Kouklia is a hidden gem- 5 restaurants all very good - 5 min drive away. Worth the drive for the food and the sundowners when you get back. Watch out though for the taxi costs - we were charged 50 euro for a 6 km return journey. Only once though.

Excellent Villa in quite location
One of the best villa’s we have stayed in. You can spend all your time in the garden. Plenty of loungers all around the garden and pool, so where ever the sun is you will find a lounger. We had pool heated for our stay and it was well worth it if like me you don’t like cold water. We were in it every day and it was great to swim when we got back from a day site seeing. Good size table to eat out side. Kathy and Bill were so helpful looking after the villa. No thing was too much trouble. Even though we had been to Cyprus before they still gave some ideas about local villages to eat meals. A perfect holiday and even though we spent 3 weeks here we can’t wait to return again.

We had a fantastic holiday ! The Villa is modern , clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Incredible amount of toys , games , dvd's and a fabulous Internet tv service gives you everything inside to guarantee a relaxing holiday . Outside a private
and immaculate garden with more than adequate seating is just a haven . No matter where the sun is you can catch it and the highlight of course has to be the pool. Once again pool toys and inflatables are plentiful .
Kathy and Bill who look after the property are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful.
Although there are no shops, restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity you are only minutes away from the charming villages of Kouklia, Mandria and Pissouri.
Would we return - yes, yes, yes.

We Stayed in villa Alexia at half term October 2018 the Villa was clean tidy well presented and in a quiet area. Kathy the property manger was very helpful and friendly. The pool was cleaned during our stay and is well maintained a good size . The sun beds where well spaced and we used all the garden. The facilites where all easy to use and all worked. The welcome package we ordered was most welcome as we arrived late at night as the location is isolated. The local shops were closed when we arived. A car is a neccessity as the nearest shop is approx 4km away . The location is great as the motorway is 1 km from the villa giving easy access to all the local tourist areas. A very well equipped villa
This villa is very well equipped and very well maintained. It is situated in the calm and exclusive location of Secret Valley, very handy for the golf courses, and with an easy motorway access for excursions by car. A car is a must, as there are many places to visit in Cyprus. For local Cypriot atmosphere, pay a visit to Gabriel's Taverna in nearby Kouklia. Aphrodite's Rock, a very scenic spot, is just down the road. We highly recommend this villa.
