The flat is spacious and well equipped. It has a large balcony with a big dining table and comfortable chairs as well as sun loungers. From the balcony (on 1st floor) you have a view over the beautiful pool area and can just see the sea glittering in the distance. It is a lovely spot!

The property is in a good location with easy access to the communal pool and the Village Square.
It is very clean and has everything needed for self catering.
There are two bathrooms which is also very helpful.
The only minor issues we had was that the safe didn’t work and the wardrobe design in the main bedroom means that there is no way of hanging clothes without using a step ladder.
There was great communication with the owner who is very prompt at answering any messages.
Highly recommended property for a relaxing holiday.

I liked the apartment very much although the walk to the pool was much better is some of the other apartments in the block. There were a few things that make me drop a couple of stars and these are (in order of importance):
1. The aircon is on a timer. This means that after a couple of hours it turns off. This is OK during the day but if it is very hot the nights are very sweaty and you have to turn it back on 3+ times in the night to get a good nights sleep.
2. There is only one key. We were constantly having to manage who had the key and this was very annoying at night when our kids wanted to stay out later than us.
3. The beds are very hard. We all returned with bad backs.
4. The aircon is under powered, especially in the living room. On a hot day, even at full power it was unable to cool the room. I think it is old or needs servicing.
Those things asside the flat is very pleasant but we saw others on the complex without the above problems.

Visited Aphrodite Hills at the end of September 22. We arrived after dark so had difficulty in finding both the apartment and the allotted parking space. On arrival it became apparent that the apartment had only been partially cleaned. Thankfully the beds were clean so we were able to manage until the following day. There had been a mix up between the owner and the management company over our arrival date but this was rectified with apologies and a bottle of wine. The apartment itself is well equipped and secure. We had a problem getting the air con going and also had issues with the tv. The owner was quick to respond to our queries though so not an issue. More descriptive instructions on how to use everything would be useful. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool which had the sun all day. The pool was clean and well kept as are the grounds around the entire complex. We visited the Italian restaurant and the pub for meals which were both excellent. We also made use of the supermarket and costa which were all about a 15 minute stroll from the apartment. A car is a must if you want to get out and about. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would love to come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aphrodite Hills. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and had everything you could need. The pool was lovely and there was no mad rush for sunloungers every day which was a big bonus! The location was great - only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Henderson was a very helpful and polite host who couldn't do enough for us. If we return to Cyprus in the future we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at Henderson’s lovely apartment in July. It had everything we needed and it had a fantastic view of the pool from the balcony. The resort itself is fantastic for families. If you want to venture out, it’s well worth hiring a car. We are at Gabriel’s Tavern several times which is situated in the beautiful village of Kouklia and serves great food at a fraction of the price in resort. We also found a lovely sandy beach nearby- at the Antasia Beach Club. The burgers there are delicious! We’re definitely coming back next year!

It was a a very good stay and a positive experience communicating with the Landlord and the property manager who was very helpful. We really enjoyed Cyprus and the stay at the apartment with the sports facilities on site was of very good quality. Recommended.

Beautiful resort.
A luxury apartment in a beautiful resort. Well located to visit all that Cyprus has to offer. The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped and its proximity to the pool is a huge bonus. The balcony/terrace is large and being an upper floor apartment it feels very private when sitting out. Henderson was a great host and answered any questions promptly and fully. Lovely apartment and great location
We stayed at Henderson’s apartment in August 2020 and highly recommend it and Theseus Village. Henderson was very helpful and easy to communicate with and gave us lots of information before and at the start of our stay. The apartment gets the sun all day, looks over the main pool and is well equipped. The Village is very well maintained, lovely landscaping and nice and quiet. A short walk to golf, tennis, restaurants etc and our children love the Aphrodite Hills playground. Mel, the lifeguard, was great to talk to and in her words “a walking yellow pages!” Overall we thoroughly recommend the apartment!

I must say that Henderson’s property was just perfect for our recent holiday to Cyprus! The resort itself is top-notch, having a kind of relaxed atmosphere about it; with the roads, grounds, pools, shops and restaurants all very well maintained (the shops, chemists, medical centre and restaurants are only about a 10-minute walk away). Shop, restaurant, golf and tennis staff are all very welcoming and friendly – and like others have said in their comments, the pool lifeguard, Mel, is a mind of information (and likes to stop for a chat on her rounds ). Henderson is a very approachable, friendly host who is obviously very keen to make sure you get the most out of your stay, responding quickly to any questions regarding the property, resort or surrounding areas. The on-site Aphrodite Hills PGA National golf course is just fantastic, as are all the golf facilities and professionals. We have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to staying at Henderson’s place sometime in the future.

Everything about this property and location is accurate... there is not a single thing that my wife, children or I would be able to complain about. A perfect location in the complex and also within the village itself. Clean, spacious and with fantastic balcony views. We didn’t pay for the TV which was lovely to have no TV and family time! A nice short walk to the on site restaurants and shops and to the golf course. The course is fantastic and was loved by my son and I who are both very keen golfers. The WiFi code didn’t work and a quick text to the owner saw an immediate response with the correct code... we received messages to advise of mid way cleaning which was great. There is a lady ‘Mel’ who appears around the pool to assist with anything and she was just amazing to all the village guests. A top holiday for us as a family and we will return for sure. I would very strongly recommend this accommodation... you cannot be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay
This is our 2nd visit to Aphrodite Hills and our first stay in this apartment. It is a clean and spacious apartment with a fantastic position overlooking the communal pool. Henderson made the booking and accessing the property easy and we will certainly look forward to booking again in the future. The Apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Aphrodite Hills Village square where there is reasonably priced mini supermarket and restaurants. I would certainly advise to hire a car and explore Paphos, Limassol and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic time and hope to return for a third consecutive year
Just returned from a week in the sunshine and had a great stay in AH once again. The apartment is perfect for a small family such as ours who want a great pool, lovely accommodation and fantastic amenities all within a short walk. The description and photos of the apartment reflect its true nature and what you see is what you get - not to be underestimated! All in all we had a brilliant time, enjoyed our stay as much as last year and will hopefully be booking again in 2019.

Excellent Apartment.
Stayed at the Apartment for a week in August as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The property occupies a good first floor corner plot overlooking a large communal swimming pool.
The property was clean and tidy and well maintained, some parts were showing signs of wear and tear but this is to be expected in my opinion.
The WiFi caused a couple of issues as it was very slow and it was not possible to watch tv and have others using the internet at the same time but as we were on holiday it was not a major issue for us.
Henderson was polite and helpful and responded to all questions and any problems (internet) quickly.
We would like to stay here again and would recommend staying here to others.

Great apartment in a good base point locatio for exploring other area, well maintained and clean
Really nice apartment especially if you have kids as located over a sociable pool. Whole resort is very well maintained. Apartment is nice and has everything you need. I would not stay here without hiring a car because the onsite facilities are really expensive ( esp. the supermarket) and over rated - far much more to see, eat etc outside the complex. Owner is very responsive and honest. I stayed for 3 weeks my only criticisms would be the wifi as it's not secure and isn't good enough to support the TV system ( which is streamed) and anyone one else using it for access and the air con has a timer on it and in august heat it needs to be able to stay on during the night! I get this is to save money and energy but 33 at night needs this to be on.

Excellent apartment in first class location
This is our favourite Aphrodite Hills apartment having stayed in many and this one in particular quite a few times.
The location is perfect, close to the pool, close to the centre and with lots of sun on the balcony.
The communication with the owner and manager are excellent and the apartment facilities are ideal.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful place
Aphrodite Hills is a great place to spend a holiday whether you are a family, couple or a group of friends. It has everything you could want. Bars, restaurants, shops, golf, spa etc. It is only 20 minutes from paphos and the airport.
The apartment has nice surroundings and the pool area is big, clean and good for families with small children. 1 big pool and 2 smaller childrens pools.
The apartment is exactly as advertised. A good size, both bedrooms have space and the living area is big. 2 big balconies, and the kitchen has everything you could need to cater for yourself.
A particular plus point is the owner. Any questions are promptly answered and is very flexible to meet needs of guests. A pleasure to deal with. If you want a hassle free, well kept apartment you would find it difficult to beat this one. A fantastic holiday in a great place.

A wonderful apartment in a great location!! We will be going back!!
Delight of a place, had the pool to ourselves, and sometimes stayed up on our balcony all day, very peaceful and beautifully sunny!!
We rode horses a mile or so away, amazing views and lovely horses...
We had a Spa day at the Aphrodite Spa itself - wonderful massage and salt scrub ready for the tan to begin!!
We also spent a couple of days on the beach in Pissouri and ate in local tavernas.
We had an issue with wifi which was sorted efficiently and effectively, (which for us taking work away is a necessity - each morning to get onto wifi) no complaints whatsoever.
Aphrodite Hills is lovely and we had a great meal in 'the village square' complete with Greek dancing!!
There is a Costa on the resort if you feel the need for a touch of British coffee!!
Comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen too, wonderful apartment generally.
We will be back!! Hopefully... ☀️

Fabulous time in a lovely apartment in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying in this lovely apartment. It was all fully as advertised but actually then far exceeded all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could mix a restful day on the resort one day, but then ideally placed for exploring on the next day ( with Limassol to the east, Paphos just to the west and lots of nice villages like Pissouri in between).
Hopefully we will be back in the future!

Excellent apartment !
First of all it has to be said that the owners communication was superb, answered all emails within the hour with good helpful advice/instructions.
Aphrodite hills is a lovely resort, it has some great restaurants and a well stocked shop. We stayed a couple of times prior but in a private villa which was great, but this time we thought it would be nice to be around other families at the pool so that the children could make friends. The pool area was really nice, could always get a sun lounger no matter what time of day. All the people we met seemed really nice and the kids made lots of friends, which meant we could do a lot more laying around !
The apartment itself was in a good position over looking the pool. We timed our walks a few times to the restaurants etc, even with how slow the wife walks, it took approximately 8mins.
The inside of the apartment was clean and tidy, the kitchen was small but was well equipped.
The wi-fi was very good in the apartment, and if you were not too far away at the pool you could get it there also.
The only negative things about the apartment was, it would have been nice if there was a barbecue, practically all the others seemed to have one, was quite envious.
The only other down side, but I must stress this may be just us, was the bed, it was not very comfy and it was so noisy, if you rolled over in the night you would probably wake the other person, we are average sized people so was not down to weight etc.
I would recommend this place even though we never found the bed particularly comfy, we had a great time and like I said the owner was great, you would not have to worry if there was a problem, I think it would have been sorted pronto, puts your mind at rest, after all you don't really now what your renting until you get there.

Wonderful apartment, great location
We were very sad to return home after 2 weeks in this property. Light, spacious and tastefully furnished it had everything we needed including a lovely shower. The balcony is marvellous with sun all day (shade in places too) and overlooks the fantastic pool where our 6 year old daughter made many friends, and where we spent many hours. It was a bonus to have beach towels supplied. We had planned to see more of Cyprus but to be honest it was too hot to do much at all! We did get to Pissouri and Pissouri Bay a few times for some lovely meals and a Cypriot feel and also made the most of the 'village centre' restaurants so no one had to drive (5 minute walk away). Our daughter loved the park on site too, and the shop was handy but very expensive so we would drive to Pissouri supermarket for supplies. Henderson, the owner, was a pleasure to correspond with, both before the holiday, and also during when a light bulb needed replacing and he sorted it out immediately. Mandy who locally manages the apartment was very helpful and got supplies in for us in advance, and gave lots of local information when she came to change linen etc after the first week. Highly recommended.

Stunning
We booked this very last minute after a bad day at work. Found this property on google search and sounded ideal. My Husband and I and our two teenage daughters stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave.
The owner is fabulous to communicate with a quick with responses and information.
The apartment is everything you would need on holiday plus a bit more. Everything had been thought of down to a brand new jar of Colmans mustard which was very welcome. Furnished to a high standard but still retaining a air of comfort and relaxation.
The view from the terrace is stunning, we spent 80% of our week out there and SOOO peaceful. The pool is lovely and we often had it to ourselves. The people who work on the grounds and in and around the apartment/pool were lovely and discreet.
Being on the site of a large hotel resort I was a little apprehensive but no need to be. We could have been anywhere but at the same time had the security that the hotel complex offers. We accessed the 'Village Square' daily and used the Spa three times. You have to use the Spa its a must. No cons only praise and positivity.
All in all a fabulous week in a fabulous apartment. Love love loved it!

Fabulous Apartment in a First Class Location
This is our second stay at this property and we look forward to returning. Having stayed in Aphrodite Hills many times we can honestly say the location of this apartment is one of the very best.
The apartment is furnished with everything you need and has super outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine from sun up to sun down.
The owner is a pleasure to communicate with, as is the property manager.
We would highly recommend a stay!

Wonderful villa in a great location.
Second time we have stayed here. Villa is well looked after and location is ideal for so much - horse riding, sitting by the pool, paragliding in Paphos, or taking in a great evening meal in Pissouri Bay. Highly recommended.
