Amazing location, overlooking an oasis of palm trees and the ocean. Arrangement of the rooms is great, with every room having a wonderful and spacious terrace. You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves
Easy access to the beach for walks (not swimmable). Walk to the town of Todos Santos was 30min and we walked every night for dinner, which was a really pleasant trip.
The pool cleaning could have been done more regularly

This is a must stay at locations located in the little but really not so little town of Todos Santos. The Villa sits clifside providing (in my opion) the best view of the ocean. It is extremly clean, and they are extremly accommodating. Although there is no restaurant or bar on property, they do have a sister property just down the road that you can visit anytime that will treat you like they're own guests. I recommend bringing some of your own food, as the kitchens are beautiful. I would probably ask about kitchen amenities before booking as every Villa is unique and different.

First and foremost,our room was not ready on time. We have been going for some time to this hotel and we used to enjoy it however the room is degrading. Mosquitoes screens had holes, broken sink, sheet was too small for the king bed.Less dishes in the studio.

Unit 11 amazing. Listening to the waves all night. Not bad NO cooking stuff so bring all food and drink. Room clean and private. Hammock was amazing. WiFi very strong. The beach was lovely and the sunsets
Location- the road from centro to Hotel can destroy a car. I went when it was dry. I have NO idea how you would do it after a rain. A lot of uneven road,mud,and rocks.
Needed a lot more shower pressure.
No TV. Bring IPad if you like to watch stuff.
