It was clean
My room had no air conditioning functioning so I called reception and they told me they’d send maintenance but they never came. Imagine staying in a Hotel paying expensive just to bother till midnight instead of resting after a long trip?
Another thing I did not like is that I reserved through booking to pay at desk. Arriving and doing check in, they did not respect the price I reserved in booking. They had some nonsense excuses and made me pay more than it was in booking
Definitely NOT RECOMEMDED to stay at Hilton Garden Inn of Chihuahua
