Nice place, quiet, clean, kitchen had everything we needed.
Not enough lighting in the apartment (seems like the issue with many Norwegian accommodations). The light above the table was useless (too dim) and too low (bumping head every time you get up). We used table two bedroom lamps for the table to make it work. More light in the sofa area would be great too.

We were travelling on a tight budget in Norway and found Modern Apartment a very pleasant surprise. It was spacious and warm and perfect for our needs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooktop, and adequate equipment to cook meals. The bathroom was functional with a good hot shower, and the washing machine was a bonus. The bed was soft but comfortable. The location was very quiet and convenient with a parking space at the door.

The apartment is located a short and pleasant walk from the city center. It was a good size and well-equipped.
The surroundings of the apartment are bleak, and the yard area is neglected. The entrance looks more like a storage area. The apartment was untidy and in need of a thorough cleaning; the floors were littered and dirty, and the refrigerator was absolutely filthy.
The bed was far too soft, making it impossible for two adults to sleep well in it.
