Ok but I would rate it as 3 star.

Breakfast was ok, omelette was with cheese, so strange. Other dishes not very fresh but ok spread

The swimming pool at 8pm, was crazy, there was no fire and the wind was blowing like crazy. Mind you it’s very cold during winter so I dont get why the staff didn’t bother to check. Also the heater in the room was so warm, I off it and the room continued to be warm. There’s no aircon no cooling. I was sweating the whole night and the staff asked me to open the sliding window to let the cold air in. Yes but that will let the insects in too. Thanks very much.

I personally wouldn't come back, sorry :(

The room in general was clean, beds were comfy. We got plenty of complimentary water every day free of charge. Parking was hassle-free. The rooftop pool is quite cool :)

The terrace twin room is not good value for money. The hotel decoration is quite outdated, from the lobby to the rooms. We didn't enjoy the feeling of the room, it was like going on a trip to the 90s. The bathroom wasn't super clean when we entered the room, there were rests of black mold in the bathtub silicone sealing, and hair and stains in the toilet seat. The view from the hotel room wasn't amazing either (although placed in front of the sea, there's some sort of small industrial port just in front). There are no nice restaurants or attractions in the area, so I wouldn't recommend booking unless you're renting a car in Jeju. You're also apparently not allowed to bring food in from the outside (for sustainability reasons), which is interesting considering there are no restaurants nearby within walking distance.

all rooms have the private jacuzzi! Staffs are so nice and we had a great experience at this hotel!!

beautiful hotel room to relax in

the spa is amazing. great view while you're sitting there. that's why we booked the room and it was totally worth it

the heat was really hot at night... couldn't figure out how to turn it down so ended up opening a window

Location.

There's some stench to the entire hotel, can't really put my finger on it but it smells like the toilet. Also it's pretty outdated with tacky decorations. Pretty dirty and grimy.

This place is so old and in desperate need of renovation. It has a leaking ceiling, and the in-room spa is filthy due to its age. The view from the room would have been amazing if it weren't for dirty as window!

Quality of the room does not justify the amount we paid. Frustrated by broken outlets. Good location

The size of the room was definitely good. We had one queen size bed in a room and two twin in the other room. 2 bathrooms is also a plus.

The lighting in the room is pretty dim. Almost all the outlets did not work (meaning enough power to charge our phones) with the exception of the one outlet that's right underneath the TV. Make sure you bring your multi plug outlet. We had to charge 4 phones, wifi router, powerbank. It was so frustrating that only one outlet works. We used one by the bedside table and that plus actually drained our battery instead of charging. We learned after we got up in the morning so it was not a pleasant morning. Then, we also found that the outlet next to the coffee maker and water boiler is removed entirely. We had to move the coffee maker and water boiler to the only usable outlet in the room in order to use it. The room needs renovation. Slippers are not only reused by other guests but they are really old looking. The pool does not open until 9AM and check out time is 11AM. This was not good for our only one night stay. We want to use the pool a little bit but the time was really tight. They should make the improvement to open the pool at an earlier time. We did visit the pool and that's probably the highlight of this hotel. Also, the convenient of A Twosome Place(cafe/coffee/dessert/bingsu) is located right in the lobby but they close at 9PM. The kiddie pool is located right next to the parking lot on the ground floor which is really weird. No one was there when we went. Doesn't look very clean.

Comfortable family style resort done in the 90s style

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were many and varied including a heated pool. It had a nice ocean view as well from the roof!

Location wise isn't really very near things, but you can drive out for a good meal if you prefer. Some of the facilities were very dated, like the LP bar at the basement, that smelt very strongly of old men and cigarettes. The floor we were on also had a roof directly outside our window so anyone could climb in, but we were also told that there was no aircon so to cool the room we had to open the windows. Security felt quite worrisome in that way.

A relaxing, quiet place to stay.

Since I went in the winter I haven't used the rooftop "infinity pool" they have. However the view from up there is amazing. Also, the in-room hot tub was excellent. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax it can't get better than this.

Being a quiet place it is kind of hard to go out and have some fun. I just call taxied to go to most places I wanted, Most of the places were around 20 bucks distance. If you don't mind driving around probably it's better to just rent a car in my honest opinion.

The room was full of rotten smells from the sewer. It disturbed my sleep all night and the bed was really uncomfortable. The hair dryer wasn't working.

Clean, comfortable hotel with very nice staff, good amenities, and good view.

Our Deluxe Ocean Twin room was spacious and appeared as advertised in the hotel's photos. The tub by the window was large and a fun amenity. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice. The view of the coast from the room is excellent (though it is a bit of a drive to beaches). The rooftop deck and pool were actually much larger and nicer than I expected from the photos. The pool is heated and is large enough for swimming laps. We ate in the hotel's restaurant for dinner twice, and both times the food was excellent. Convenience stores and coffee shops are also close by.

I liked that the hotel is in a quieter town, and I chose that intentionally. It was a little trickier for finding restaurants at night in that area because a number of restaurants were closed - either because it's off-season or because of coronavirus concerns - I'm not sure. Fortunately, the hotel's restaurant is available when needed, and the food there was good. The pool is heated, but it was cold enough outside that the pool could have been a little warmer to make it more comfortable to use. The hot tub definitely needed to be warmer, though it was usable.

worty for money, summer time would be fantastic to stay

The location was so good, near the hotel has many restaurants and a convenient store. also, the beach is walking distance from the hotel and it's beautiful. I booked a sea view room. the view was great and the swimming pool is awesome.

Room was too hot but hard to manage the temperature.
