About this apartment rental
Lovely appartment,ideally located : walking distance to the Champs Elysée, Arc de Triomphe, well-knowen fashion designer "Grands Couturiers" of the luxery Saint Honoré Street.
Close to the parc Monceau,nice place for jogging, play ground for kids and romantic walk.
Quite nice for a family with 2 kids (one less than 4 years old)
Food market and shops,Theaters, cinemas, restaurants,parisian cafés at walking distance
Easy acces to the main touristics sites (5 underground stop stations to Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower, 1 stop station to Opéra etc...).

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location! Communication from host provided all pertinent details for checking in and out. We walked to the nearby metro and had access to all of Paris from this neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to friends and family visiting Paris!

The apartment is located in an upscale neighborhood next to a beautiful park and just a couple of blocks from a few reasonably priced restaurants. The Courcelles Metro station is just two blocks away. We easily walked to the Arc d Triomphe and the Champs d’Elysees. We happened to be in Paris during a heat wave so my only regret was that I picked an apartment without air conditioning. They have a washer and supplied detergent which was really nice. My only suggestion would be to get new towels. The ones there are very rough. I would definitely stay here again. The check in was seamless and the host was great with communication.

First the good : GREAT neighborhood and location. VERY quiet area both day and night. Very good transportation options with metro, busses and taxis all an easy walk. Spacious apartment at a very reasonable price. The use of that space is not very functional after a long day of sightseeing. We were happy to have some English speaking TV stations....until the cable went out on day 2. Our hosts representative tried to fix it with no luck. Fortunately the internet worked very well during the entire stay.Now for not so good. we have waited a few weeks to write this review to really evaluate our opinions fairly and reasonably. We LOVE Paris, and visit often. We won't be staying at this apartment in the future.The person who greeted us upon arrival spoke zero English and after several minutes of hand signals we determined that the washing machine was broken and not functioning.The owner was away during our stay. The pictures on the website and , past renters reviews are dated. We were disappointed by tape on chairs and paint peeling on walls, BUT the cost was better than other apartments in the area.
