About this condo rental
Located in Milan, this attractive condo for $237 per night is a great option for your next break. A cozy apartment fully equipped with all the comforts able to meet your needs. The bright living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and is connected to the kitchen, which, although not large, is fully equipped and equipped with all appliances and utensils. The 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) both have a wardrobe and a small balcony overlooking the San Lorenzo columns. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms with services, shower cubicle and washer dryer. Ample kitchen, a desk in each bedroom, good shower, elevated building after about seven steps.
For the cooler seasons, bring clothing to wear in the apartment.
For vegetarians, NaturaSì is nearby, as are two good supermarkets, Conad & Carrefour.
If you're a walker, you'll appreciate the apartment's location. I walked everywhere except to Milano Centrale.
Except for the chill, a very comfortable apartment.

So much to see me do - most all within walking distance. Although we did take a taxi to and from the train station.
Duomo was 10 minutes or less depending on the time of day. Always felt safe walking around even in the evening. Do bring dishwashing soap as there was none provided. Also had to purchase toilet paper - but was only €1.99 and we stayed 6 nights.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the metro, walking distance to the Duomo, grocery store is around the corner and a fabulous restaurant, Felice next door. The only thing to be aware of is the train/rail outside is noisy. If you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Overall, we would stay here again and we highly recommend. Thank you so much!

The property was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms. We asked for 2 single beds in the second room and they were provided.
The location was in the heart of Milan with trams on the street, which was noisy but we did get used to it. The apartment was otherwise beautiful, fresh and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment, clean, great amenities, cute little balconies, close to Duomo, 5 minute walk to metro, 1 min walk to several tram lines. great opportunity to experience the Milanese culture, including the noise from the trams rounding the corner just outside the building. if you live in a city it might not bother you but we live in a quiet ‘burb and so it woke us.

Location was beautiful and the apartment was very pretty. Big plus was the elevator. Unfortunately the sewage smell in the bathroom and the mosquitos were a bit much. The second evening we spent a couple of hours going room to room killing mosquitoes. We learned the hard way not to open the windows.

We enjoyed our stay and being 15 walking minutes from all the must see sights made this apartment a must. I would suggest written instructions for the washer/dryer, as one might forget the verbal directions after a few days. Communication with Nico was very prompt and appreciated.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment, in a fantastic location in Milan. Short walk to great tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, transportation, everything! Nico communicated ahead of time, met us at check-in and promptly answered a question or two during our stay. We hope to come back some day and would love to stay in the same place!!! Highly recommended!!

The location is obviously a big plus and having two bedrooms with two baths was even better. I knew this place was going to be noisy from the start as you could hear transit going on pretty much all the time. One of the showers was extremly small. I'm 5 ft and weigh 112 pounds, and I found it impossible to shower. The a/c works great, and we definitely needed it during the extremely hot summer days. The nightly views from the kitchen window were amazing.
The landlord was accommodating and very attentive. We truly appreciate everything that he did for us.

Great location and experience
First of all, Nico was VERY responsive and helpful before and at check in! We really appreciated his assistance. Secondly, this location was perfect for our stay as tourists. There is some street noise but we were very aware that we were staying in the city center and expected that. I brought my own small fan for white noise and we all slept fine! Air conditioner was nice and cool, much appreciated during hot Milan summer weather. Overall a very positive experience and by the way, the views from the bedroom balconies are amazing. Photos are very accurate for this property! Thank you to Nico!

If being near the city center is your goal then this place is perfect. We found everything was walkable or easy access to public transportation. I would say the only downside is street cars, they are very noisy and run till about 1 am but again city noise is expected.

Perfect place for a two couples in a great location.
Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Location is within steps of a grocery store and great restaurants. Great internet and AirConditioning. Stayed here with my wife and 19 year old son. Had plenty of room to spread out. We also rented a car for a portion of the trip and parking was easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

It’s all about position!
We arrived at our apartment “Carrobbio” late in the afternoon and were delighted with what we found. Close enough to walk to the Duomo and Galleria, 3 trams at our front door as well as a well stocked normal supermarket, a “healthy” supermarket, and numerous cafes and restaurants - all good, all walkable. The Navigli district was a 20 minute walk down the road and well worth a visit - quite unique. The apartment itself was all that we could have wished for - secure, well maintained, extremely clean, spacious and both Virginia and Manuela were very prompt to respond to the very few queries we had over the 6 nights of our stay. If security, cleanliness, spaciousness and fabulous location is what you are looking for, then “Carrobbio” is a must for your sojourn in Milano - a stunning city.

Gorgeous apartment, professional and careing staff, nice view, walking distance to the city center.
We stayed in Milan Sweet Home S.Lorenzo for 7 nights and were very pleased that the apartment was just wonderful! Clean, bright with beautiful bedrooms and living room; it was hot, but in the apartment we rested from the heat, there was no trouble with the equipment; it has beautiful showers, wonderful kitchen. In addition, we were greeted warmly and with attention by the employees, they explained and showed us everything, and any questions were answered without delay. People in the company showed themselves from the very best side.
The apartment is located in the city center and from there it is easy to get to the right places.
The view from the balcony is wonderful!
But the most important, of course, is the attention and concern of the company's employees. Thank you very much! We, of course, recommend you to our friends and acquaintances.

This was a lovely apartment in the centre of Milan and the hosts Nico was so helpful
This apartment made our holiday so relaxed and enjoyable. Location was excellent , within walking distance from all of Milan’s central sights and treasures.
Nico was so helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our odd flight hours.
The air conditioning was a lifesaver for the hot summer temp. Restaurants were easily accessible, supermarket and pharmacy were very close. The host had lots of information about sights and how to get around which was so helpful. The concierge in the building was also helpful especially when the kids got stuck in the lift because they didn’t follow the instructions.
The two bathrooms were very necessary with six of us using the flat. The flat overall was definitely very comfortable and a great price for the location.
Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday

Beautiful apartment in a neighborhood convenient to all sightseeing
Well cared for property. Owner always available to take care of any problems, which were few and minor. Various trams were within a block and took us wherever we wanted to go. Excellent restaurant (pane e vino) right around corner. A most enjoyable visit.

Piso muy completo cerca del Duomo
El piso está muy bien para 4-5 personas. Tiene dos habitaciones dobles, dos baños completos y un sofá cama. La cocina está bien equipada y todo estaba muy limpio. También nos dejaron algunas cápsulas para el lavavajillas y la lavadora.
La localización nos gustó bastante: muy cerca de la plaza del Duomo y a pocos pasos de las columnas de San Lorenzo. Es una zona con tiendas, un supermercado y varios restaurantes.
Personalmente, solo echamos en falta que hubiera algún rollo de papel higiénico más (había 3 para 5 personas y 5 días, por lo que tuvimos que ir a comprar más).
Por otro lado cabe decir que no es 100% accesible, ya que para acceder al ascensor (un ascensor de los antiguos y pequeños) hay que subir 4 escaleras, por lo que al ir con un cochecito cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos teníamos que montarlo y desmontarlo.
A pesar de esto, repetiría seguro. Otro punto a favor es que nos dejaron entrar cuando llegamos del aeropuerto y nos pudimos quedar hasta la hora de partida.

Nice Clean Apt - 4.5 stars
We stayed for 4 nights in the MIlan Sweet Home. It is a very well managed, nice clean apartment right in the middle of everything - a short walk from Duomo and the Castle. There are two big bedrooms and also 2 very clean large bathrooms each with a shower. It also has full kitchen facilities, including dishes, an oven and stovetop. There are very good AC's in every room.
There are two comfortable chairs and an open up couch, which is good to place an extra person, but not quite as comfortable to sit on as the chairs.
The apt. is appropriate for a family of 4 or 5, or two couples.
I would definately recommend this rather than a hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again or place my friends there.

Good value, great location
The flat is a good size, bedrooms very large. Kitchen is efficient and had all the equipment necessary for making meals. I was able to entertain 6 people for dinner with lots of dishes, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The flat is in central Milan with good tram and metro connections. The flat was very clean when we arrived. The person who greeted us was on time and when we checked out arrived at the agreed upon time. The booking process was easy and email communications were answered quickly. We would definitely rent this flat again.
