The property is a semidetached luxury maisonette with stunning views, art deco interiors, swimming pool, and sculptured garden which are shared between 3 maisonettes.
It is located at the outskirts of Athens and it is 25 mins by car from the airport. In a 15 mins driving radius you can find beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts.
During the day you can relax by the swimming pool, visit a beautiful beach or go to the closest mall for shopping. You can close the day with a nice barbecue under the stars of the Attica sky.

Appartement situé sur les hauteurs de Pikermi, il est très spacieux, offre de beaux volumes. La vue et le cadre sont très agréables.
Socrates et son épouse sont très chaleureux, ils habitent au R.C et sont très prévenants.
A vérifier le nombre de couchage, car s'il y avait bien 3 chambres, il y avait 1 lit double et 2 lits simples.
Ne soyez pas surpris, mais les routes sur cette colline sont loin d'être terminées.....

Les GPS se perdent dans ce quartier en construction, dont les routes ne sont pas terminées. Bonne localisation pour visiter Athenes tout en étant au calme et profiter des plages

Die Wohnung ist stylisch und sehr sauber. Check in funktionierte problemlos und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sprachen die Vermieter kaum englisch, sodass die Kommunikation etwas umständlich war.
Das Haus umfasst drei Wohneinheiten: im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Vermieter und zwei Maisonette Wohnungen können angemietet werden. Demnach teilt man sich den Pool und Garten mit drei Parteien sofern beide Wohnungen vermietet sind. Dies ging aus der Beschreibung des Objektes nicht hervor. Es gibt vier Sonnenliegen und der Garten ist toll gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Es gibt strenge Hausregeln.
Den Eingang des Hauses teilen sich alle drei Wohneinheiten, demnach gibt es keinen separaten Zugang zum Garten. Ab Mitternacht ist die Tür alarmgesichert verriegelt und es bedarf einiger Übung, die Tür mit dem Entsperrcode zu öffnen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es pro Wohnung nur einen Schlüssel gab. Mit 6 Personen wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel sehr praktisch gewesen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Töpfen, Pfannen und Sandwichmaker. Wer selber kochen möchte stößt bei der Ausstattung allerdings schnell an die Grenzen, da es z. B. nur ein Schneidebrett und eine Servierschale gibt.
Die Zimmer haben große Schränke und jeweils Balkonzugang. Von den Balkonen hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Hügel und das Meer. Leider ist die Klimaanlage im großen Schlafzimmer so alt und laut, dass man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen kann. Dementsprechend ist es sehr warm. Die Betten waren mit dünnen und harten Matratzen eher ungemütlich, da sich die Federn in den Körper gedrückt haben.
Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlenswert, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit dem Auto 10min entfernt ist.
