About this villa rental
Situated in Comporta, this charming villa for $213 per night is a great option for your next trip. (ENGLISH) Carvalhal House is a new house; the construction was concluded in early 2015, and with modern decoration, vivid colors highlighted by the large windows allowing abundant light. The house is fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, laundry machine, fridge, hoven, stove cooker, hood, solar system, not missing the small appliances, including coffee machine. The bedrooms are four: one on suite, two double rooms and one triple room, this last normally used to receive children. One of the rooms is on the ground level and the other on the upper floor. The bathrooms are three, fully equipped, with two showers and one bathtub (small hydromassage bath). In ground floor there's a large Livingroom, integrated with a multimedia room and a dining room separated by a large double front fireplace which brings a warm and cozy environment in the winter nights. In the multimedia room there's a 42 Smart TV, DVD, Cable TV with 140 channels, 300W sound system with connection to IPOD, IPHONE or ANDROID trough 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth or USB. In the exterior, you can find a meal space and a social area, besides a small salt water pool. There´s wireless web access in all the house and exterior, with 24 MB download speed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide cleaning in the middle of the week (other options available for additional fee). We have 6 bikes, so you can enjoy even more, knowing the most hidden and inaccessible places, riding at sunset, or simply going to the beach in a fun and healthy way. ___________________________________________ (PORTUGUESE) Casa do Carvalhal is a new house, completed at the beginning of 2015 and decorated in a modern style with bright colors, highlighted by large windows that allow abundant light to enter. The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all divisions, with dishwasher, clothes, fridge, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, solar heated water, and all the small and useful appliances including coffee machine. The rooms are four: one suite, two double and one triple, the latter usually used for children. One of the four is on the ground floor while the others are on the first floor. There are three bathrooms, fully equipped, with two shower and a whirlpool. On the ground floor there is a large living room, integrated with a multimedia room, the dining room in its continuation, only separated by a large double-sided fireplace / stove that in winter evenings brings a warm and cozy atmosphere. In the multimedia room there is a 42 inch Smart TV, DVD, 140 channel cable TV and 300W stereo system with the possibility of connecting to IPOD, IPHONE or any ANDROID system, through 3.5mm Jack, Bluetooth or USB. . Outside you will find a dining and leisure and social space, as well as a small saltwater pool. There is internet throughout the house and outdoor spaces, with a download speed of 24MB. All bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide mid-week maid service (other options available at an additional cost). We have 6 bikes, so you can enjoy even more, get to know the most remote and inaccessible places, ride the sunset, or simply move to the beach in a fun and healthy way.

Very very overlooked and close to neighbours with barking dogs and Crowing early morning Cockerel!!!. Had NO contact with owner apart from 1 Phone call never saw the man . Unable to discuss various problems with A The oven that kept switching itself off and didn’t,t reach temperature! B Front door unable to lock properly!

We have truly enjoyed the stay at this spacious house that accommodates a big family easily. It’s only a 5 min car ride to the beach nearby. A supermarket and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Can recommend, but would suggest the owner to store some basic necessities like olive oil, pepper and salt in the kitchen..

We have truly enjoyed the stay at this spacious house that accommodates a big family easily. It’s only a 5 min car ride to the beach nearby. The house is around 10 mins from the center of Comporta and 5 mins away from the beach. Clean and easy to check-in and check out.

A casa é muito gira e tem tudo o que precisamos para uns dias de tranquilidade. Está muito próxima da vila do Carvalhal, onde tem várias lojas; a casa tem bicicletas para ir até à praia. O Sr. Francisco foi top! Perguntei-lhe se a bicicleta tinha assento para levar uma criança e nao descansou até que o encontrou! :) Obrigada por tudo, espero poder regressar em breve. Um abraço!

Gostámos muito de ficar nesta casa. Está bem equipada e tem o necessário para férias.
A localização é ótima. Fica no centro da vila e podemos fazer compras e ir a restaurantes a pé.
A piscina é suficiente para nos divertirmos.
Apenas de ressalvar que existe a necessidade de fazer alguma manutenção dentro da casa e uma limpeza mais aprofundada. O cheiro a químicos dentro da casa foi algo que nos incomodou bastante e penso que deve ser resolvido, muito embora entendamos os motivos, acaba por ser complicado conviver nesse ambiente.
De resto foi tudo ótimo.

Really great family house for week in the Comporta area. Close to Pego Beach (about 5 min drive) which is the best beach in the area and also close to Carvalhal and Comporta beach.
House is just off the Main Street in Carvalhal which is a quiet small town with some lovely shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk from the house.
Dealing with Francisco was easy and is was very helpful. The house itself is well equipped - large living space downstairs , big TV, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine etc. Really could not fault in any way. Good aircon, bikes available and a nice small pool in the garden. Really great holiday spot !

Casa com espaço excepcional, numa localização ótima. Foi um fim de semana Passado entre amigos e o espaço de sala proporcionou um ambiente ótimo para convívio.
Usamos as bicicletas para irmos tomar café na rua principal. A proximidade de serviços dá um conforto extra.
De destacar a simplicidade, simpatia e disponibilidade do acolhimento que tivemos. De realçar que tivemos a sorte de usufruir de late check-out, o que permitiu gozar o último dia com tranquilidade.
Um aspecto a melhorar é a chaminé da churrasqueira. Existe uma cobertura na zona exterior que impede que o fumo saia de forma correcta entrando por vezes para a cozinha.

Tem ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala.
A localização também é muito boa, inserida num bairro sossegado. Fica a poucos minutos da praia indo de carro e a pé a cerca de 30 a 40 minutos.
O proprietário simpático e prestável.
