We stayed in Chania for 5 nights, and our experience could not have been better. Ciel Collection Suites deserves our highest praise for the excellent conditions of our room, as well as for all the support and amazing service we received.
Our room was cleaned every day and restocked with everything we needed. Everything was always clean, comfortable and well taken care of.
The location is perfect, as it is very close to the centre of Chania and made it very easy to access the main attractions and explore the city.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Ciel Collection Suites to anyone visiting Chania!

The location is conveniently located next to the port where all the things are. Extremely walkable. Next to the property is a small area where you can park your rental car. It’s very clean and the staff were very helpful!

Very clean and the room was quite big. The cleaning stuff was really friendly and helpful.
From our perspective it was quite far from the central bus station and old city (around 15-20 mins walking) without any bus station around, except taxi. Also, maybe it was just in the period we were staying but being very close to the sea, it can be very noisy from the waves splashing by the shore. It is really noisy especially at night even with the windows closed and AC off.
Also during our stay, the administration decided that it’s appropriate to make some renovations in the room, without any information or noticing us beforehand. When we came back and explained the situation, they were receptive and I assume they have postponed the renovation after our departure.
