This was our first holiday staying in a rented villa instead of staying at a hotel and it made our holiday being one of

The villa was fantastic! so very spacious and clean and very well equipped. It is very obvious that the properties, pools and gardens are well maintained to make the guests stays as enjoyable as possible. The beach coves near by were wonderful and having a shop and bus stop just around the corner is a bonus. The price of the villa is good compared to a hotel and the freedom the villa gives you in comparison makes the holiday more enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn’t like it was fabulous!

relaxing, comfortable stay

very nice and spacious appartment had everything there that you needed easy to contact the host comfortable seeating and bedding pool was clean

We thought we were closer to things but you definitely need a car for however long you are staying the pool was cleaned but after that was always really noisey after the tv didnt always work well we went in April so it was quite cold and the heating didnt work in the twin room the mirror needs to be higher as you can't really get a chair under

Nice and spacious villa

The Villa is nice, spacious and clean.

The owners left us only 2 tablets for the dishing washer and 2 pieces of garbage sacks. There is only one clothes dryer for all the guests, which is in a very bad shape. The hot water is not at discretion, after two days, someone from the agency was passing by and showed us a magic button that provided hot water.

We have returned to these villas 3 times now and have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love the location - quieter but pretty area of Protaras with lovely bays to walk to and a short drive to the beautiful Konnos Bay and the Cliff Bar. Ensuites in every room and a downstairs bathroom with shower so comfortable and easy to get washed and ready after a day at the beach. Great open plan living space, large outdoor table and BBQ, ample kitchen facilities. Great host, responsive and polite. We have visited these villas 3 times now and find them to be pretty perfect for what we need! The neighbouring villas always seem relatively quiet, and we have never had an issue with excessive noise. There are a few little corner shops for any food/suncream/lilos and anything else you may need. If you have a car, there is a lidl a 5/7 minute drive away. Finally, if the weather isnt great or you want to spend time indoors, the TV channels provided are excellent - they have sports, movies, and options for US, UK and other TV channels.

As one of our party is a teacher, we opted to go in Oct half term (so late Oct). Whilst the weather is still good (highs of 30 degrees) the pool was freezing! It was hard to spend any time in there at all. If there was an option to somehow heat the pool or for it to be initially filled with heated water we would certainly pay extra for that! Not sure this is possible though. The space around the pool is adequate but just a little tight - there are two bushes near where the sunchairs are and I would recommend cutting these back to be narrower so there is more room to put the back of your sunbed down in this area. Finally, extremely minor, but there are coffee makers available but no pods on arrival to enable you to use these, although a token number of normal coffee sachets were provided - so perhaps a couple of pods could be added to your welcome basket.

Not bad, but not great.

The Villa itself is very comfortable for a family vacation.

First, need to pay an extra for any basics, as a toilet paper or towels. There is no Wi-Fi upstairs on downstairs. And there was a huge issue with the electricity, a total power shutdown about 3 times during the last 2 days of our visit, without us using any devices, had to pack our luggage in the dark. Got a tiny apology from the staff, like it is a totally normal thing.

A great villa with lots of space and close to amenities!

A very spacious and clean villa, with a great pool and comfy loungers. The villa has 4 bathrooms, close to amenities and a great beach. With a car it was very close to the main area of Protoras and Fig Tree Bay. It’s a 15min drive to Ayia Napa.

Some of the outdoor furniture was outdated and needed repairing but did not affect the Villa.

would recommend for families wanting a lovely villa just outside Protaras

the villa is beautiful and it is well located near fantastic beaches with turtles

just one negative regarding an uncomfortable mattress. the rental company did replace it but when they inspected they said it felt fine. we had to insist it was not fine as my poor sister in law had the worst night sleep! otherwise they were great and very responsive.

Great, spacious and well equiped villa for longer summer vacation

Place is very spacious and well equiped, it has anything one might need for summer vacation. Pool is great, grill area as well, rooms are comfortable, double beds have great mattresses.

Cleanliness of roof terrace and backyard seating area was poor, everything else was clean. Clothes dryer is rusty, it sholud be replaced. Half of sunbeads are partially torn. Light inside of pool is not working and pool mode should be set up not to overflow all the time, it's noisy

Very good

The rooftop, the pool and the 4 bathrooms.

There wasn't wifi for the bedrooms upstairs. The bathrooms were a little too small.

Super clean, excelent location, modern villa! La mer homes were super easy to contact them a minor repair of a light!
