Nice staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommended

I impressed with the flexibility of breakfast time. Since we had to leave early in the morning, we requested half an hour earlier from normal breakfast time. The staff was nice and agreed to do it for us. In the kitchen we met 3 aunties who prepared breakfast for us. They are kind and nice. Breakfast was so good and plenty. There was bread, pastry, kachapuri, butter, cheese, honey, omelet pie, boiled egg, juice, coffee (not instant one), yogurt, fruit, vegetable. Thank you so much for memorable breakfast. : ) The room was good too.

The staff made mistake but didn’t take responsibility. Unprofessional. Cruelty.

The lady didn’t pay attention and made mistake about my reservations. She told me that I have no reservations and unprofessionally, she said no need to reserve through online just directly to her. Then I saw on my app that I already reserved and paid with free cancellation. Knowing that I have double reservations (4 rooms) so the reservations through the app I must cancelled otherwise I will pay for nothing ($350). I came to the hotel with my 3 children exhausted, confident that the lady already reserved for me and my children, what actually happened was she cancelled even my booking with her and blaming me for cancelling my extra 2 rooms ! I have explained to her that I have to cancelled because of her information, and why would I paid for 2 extra rooms? And infront of my children they shouted and me and telling me to sleep somewhere else!

Location is ok, room in general are quite nice, breakfast is poor but ok in general.

Location of family room in 1 meter from reception leads to noise, water didnt drain in a shower creating a huge discomfort

Overall is good except location. There is only one bathroom in family room.

It’s quite new.

location is quite far from city center. It’s a bit difficult to drive to hotel due to street is narrow and there are many cars park along the street nearby hotel.

Great stay

Friendly staff. Room has balcony. Has rooftop terrace with bar. Has complimentary parking for guests.

Beds could be nore comfortable. Not so easy to find this hotel if you’re arriving with car. Breakfast was poor, not worth to go.

We didnt enjoyed the stay.

Their room spaces are quite big.

The location says its 700m from the central though it is uphill which makes it long walk. Not so ideal for family with kids. No restaurant, No coffeeshop (was closed during our visit) they only serve breakfast, so if you starve you need to walk to the city to buy food. The place is clean though their toilet smells, this could be the sewerage. It stinks all the time. The reception guy who received us was nice though when they switch shifts, he wasn’t helpful at all. Food was all the same from day 1-day 4.. Sockets are not child friendly as all are exposed to a child’d fingers.

Fair enough

The Breakfast was scrumptious, and room's cleanliness was utmost.

We had asked for a late check out and they let us to stay until 3 pm since we were outside late for about just 5 minutes but the staff's response was not good at all. They were very harsh on checking us out. Not just that but the bathroom had a very bad smell at times.

Location is near but itself city ia small any hotel near in city will just be fine.

Very average and some bad odor in toilet.

Great rooftop terrace. Rooms were quite spacious . Wifi was excellent

old pipe/ sewage smell coming from the drains. Property was a bit hard to find.

Very good

Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The location is good. A short walk to city center.

Only downside is that I choose the room with balcony and it is super small. Only big enough for 1 person to stand so I wouldn't recommend to pay more for the room with balcony. The rest are good.

It is out of the old centre, I hoped it would be quiet there.

It was extremely noisy during the night, I couldn't sleep. Even after I changed the room, still other noisy people.
