Did bot stay !!!

Dump !!!

Arrived at hotel,only persons around were the plumbers (2) and two trucks they were working on the rooms,water was just turned back on. No one at office to meet us,1 plumber contacted lady who I talked to on his phone , I told her I was not comfortable staying there as there were zero other guests at the hotel !!! She said she understood and my card would not be charged. Way a shit hole !!! Went on down the road to other accommodations, did not stay at Swollen Inn !!!

It was very loud you could hear everything from the people next door till after midnight you could hear the vehicle was running outside your door all night long could not even sleep

We would recommend Zwolle Inn to anyone needing a night of rest

Even though located next to a well known, very busy bar, it was very quiet area. Also, we were arriving late in the night so called to let them know we were still coming. Payment was taken over the phone and instructions for room key were texted to us. Very easy to access the lockbox, retrieve our key and open door to toasty warm room.

It was wonderful.

Dawn was an exceptional hostess and we enjoy the fact that room was clean and well kept. It was a wonderful experience.

Comfortable, safe, clean, excellent

I very much liked how clean everything was and how friendly the staff were. The friendly staff, the great parking, the air conditioner worked fabulous. I was not expecting a full size refrigerator and to my surprise it had one.

I think with upgrades it can be an even better place but the people who are running this place know what they are doing and treat their guest great!! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

Worst customer service and experience I have EVER experienced.

Nothing.

Having to find another place to stay at 8:30 at night due to being seen naked by workers & accused of smoking in the room when we don’t even smoke!! Literally cried all night because I have never felt more targeted & embarrassed.

Not many choices around this place so they can charge a lot more I guess.

There was no breakfast.

The upkeep in the room. Had a musty smell. The price was more than the room was worth.

Budget Friendly

Staff accommodation with letting us check in early. Good AC. For the price it was as expected. You can tell the staff cares about your business.

The beds are really uncomfortable and super paper thin walls, I could hear every conversation.

Will not stay there I. That area any more and will not tell my family to stay there either

There was no breakfast I was very mad about that when they said on the page it did and the pool was so small I will not stay here again plus I was suppose of gotten a comp room and I payed 173 dollars for two nights here idk why it was so much more then any of y’all other motel

Comfortable and clean.

Dollar value and Makahla was delightful at the desk. Room was very clean . Really liked having a microwave and fridge in the room. Bathtub area has been remodeled. Very nice.
