Located in Provincetown, this attractive cottage for $177 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This adorable freestanding cottage is nestled in the heart of Provincetown's West End on Commercial Street and is perfect for one person or a couple. The layout consists of one main room, a galley kitchen and a bathroom. In the main room you'll find a full size bed, a small dining table and two dining chairs. The galley kitchen consists of a two-burner cooktop, microwave, small refrigerator and sink. The kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is cable TV and an audio system to which you can attach your iPod or phone as well as wifi. There is also an AC. The location of the cottage is at the point where Commercial Street turns residential. There is no smoking in the unit or on the grounds. Parking does not come with this apartment but if you have a car there is a town lot close by and it's easy to find a spot if you're coming in the off season. Ptown is a walking village so you won't need to be driving. Pets are not allowed. Note that we do not charge a cleaning fee with this rental. It is included in the cost. :) *** UPDATE *** Massachusetts recently passed a short term rental tax of 14.45%. HomeAway will be adding this tax to all reservations starting on July 1 but until that time the tax will be added as a separate charge. This only applies to rentals starting on or later than July 1.

Situated steps from Joon restaurant made our first day meal even that much easier! Very quiet area in the evening for sleeping though a 2 minute walk starts to bring you into the hustle and bustle of Provincetown, a perfect mix. The room has a nice open kitchen and all you need to get by, make coffee and toast in the AM. We will be back.

My partner and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The pictures are accurate, but it feels even cozier once you’re there! The space is large enough for a couple and has just about everything you’d need for even a week long stay. The location is also perfect - right in the middle of the west end wing of ptown. While renting a bike is always encouraged, the location is so good you could probably do without it if in a pinch We loved our stay here and the property owners were really accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our time staying at Matt and Dominick’s cottage in Ptown’s west end. The description in the listing is accurate. The cottage is about the size of a hotel room and it was very clean and comfortable. While the place doesn’t provide parking, we used the School Street lot right down the street which made for easy car access. Matt and Dominick checked in with us upon arrival and were very responsive throughout our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

I fully enjoyed my stay here. The location is close to all the action but far enough away to have peaceful moments while in the rental. The only drawback is having to pay for parking. Even when done cheaply parking can add up if you're staying for more than a couple days. Otherwise, this is a pretty ideal spot for a single person looking to explore the area or as a couple.

This little cottage comes with everything you need. The location is very central to the town with 5-10 minute walking from bars and shops. This was our first trip to Ptown and we overpacked, so I recommend to packing moderate to light since there is a little walk from the ferry terminal to the cottage. The owners were very nice and we did not have much communication with them during our stay, though when we asked about getting a cab or Uber to our 2nd hotel, which was 3 miles down the road, they told us the weather was nice and to get over it and walk. Not sure if he understood how far the other hotel was, but they could have been a little more accommodating and give us a number or reference for a cab company.

Small, tight, but quaint and comfortable. Designed and well equipped. Access in location was unbeatable. Our hosts Matt and Dominick were warm and welcoming. And their Italian restaurant Mistralino was also exceptional. We will be back!

Matt is a fantastic host and the cottage is perfect for a couple while in Ptown. It’s well outfitted with just enough furniture to be comfy but not cluttered. They have plenty of clean towels and linens and a well outfitted kitchenette. The location is absolutely perfect in Ptown’s adorable west end and very walkable to downtown or the beach. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was right on Commercial, but just far enough away from bars that there was no noise during our stay, and being right on Commercial was a major plus. We loved our stay, and we look very forward to staying here again!

The property is absolutely adorable. A cozy little spot just before the more active areas of Commercial Street. The cottage is well appointed and a perfect place to stay with a significant other. Hope to stay in the cottage during future visits to Provincetown.

You could not be better situated while visiting Ptown. The cottage is on Commercial, steps away from drinks, food, and entertainment. Not too noisy which was a bonus. However it is small, but it all the necessary amenities were available. A great bed, powerful shower, and a working refrigerator. Would stay there again. Only suggestion would be to have a foldaway ironing board.

I come to Ptown multiple times during the summer and throughout the year, and this might've been my favorite stay yet! The place is right in the center of town/in the West End, is fabulously decorated, and was as cozy and perfect as the photos suggest. Hosts/property managers are incredibly attentive and kind. We loved how cute and cozy this cottage was- it’s small but just enough for two people. The location was amazing, right on commercial street near shops and restaurants. The owners Matt and Dominick were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back. The only downside was that we could not park our car at the cottage even though there was some space in front. So finding parking and paying for it was a bit annoying but other than that 5/5 stars! Loved it.

The perfect studio cottage for enjoying Ptown! A few blocks from the town center so it was quiet but a 5 minute walk puts you right in the retail zone. The cottage is a nice use of space, comfy bed, small kitchenette counter and plenty of glasses and silverware. Definitely stay here again

Overall an absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is perfect for 1 or 2 that want to stay right in heart of commercial street with an easy walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall the cottage was clean but was missing a few small items namely hand soap, but not a huge deal. The only other warning I would give guests is that it is right on commercial street and can be noisy late light as folks head home from the bars and in the morning when delivery trucks make their way down the street. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect and would for sure recommend and look forward to a future stay.

Had a wonderful Carnival week in Ptown and stayed at this cottage. Matt, the owner, couldn't have been more delightful or accommodating. The place is compact, but so clean and actually quite peaceful even though it's right on Commercial St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
