The mini apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a sitting area and small kitchenette) was comfortable for 4 people. we were even able to slide the 2 twin beds together (to make a king bed) and that gave us a bit more room in the bedroom. But the room was plenty big enough to begin with (not huge, but not tiny either). The refrigerator was nearly a full size one, we were able to store a few days of food in there very easily. We did not use the stove, even though it was there.
They need to add hooks in the bathroom for 4 towels. There was only 1 hook on the back of the bathroom door. I did tell the front desk and they said "great idea, we'll talk to the owner about it" I spoke with the front desk no less than 4 times when I was there, and each time they were wonderfully helpful - there's nothing bad to say about any of the staff that is working there. I do wish they had provided at least 1 roll of paper towels... but we bought a roll in town, so that wasn't a huge issue.

We loved the “cottage” ambiance of our unit. It was such tun to watch the tidal action from our living room! Flowers were blooming beautifully in the property. Thank you and we will be back!
It was a pleasant walk but a bit far from the ferry terminal, with my tote bag.

Small/cozy room with a comfortable double bed and also a twin bed, private bathroom, coffee maker, small fridge... lovely water view!
The check-in and check-out times are not very accommodating to the guests. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am are both pushing an hour outside of the industry standard, and that reduces the value of the stay. I asked at check-in for an extra hour to check out late, the front desk staff said that yes 11 was fine. The morning of checkout at 9am I received an automated text saying you have to checkout at 10, I wrote back explaining I had already been granted a late checkout the day before, and received another automated text saying no late checkouts would be accommodated. Not very guest-friendly or guest-focused if you ask me. Automated texts without any consideration of the situation details, and 6 hours of vacancy for housekeeping clearly indicates a preference to saving on staff, rather than making guests feel comfortable and welcome.
