location, parking, bed was comfy
The shower door had a rubber gasket that needs to be replaced. It was a janky set up to keep water from landing the floor which it didn't work, the toilet made squeaking sounds every time it flushed. One corner of the room had cobwebs and dead bugs, and the top of the shoe "art" over the bed was coated in inches of dust that was gross. The carpet pulled away from the door entry which was visible as you walked in. The closet door was in need of repair as well. I also didn't see any staff on the property. Which is ok, but it would have been nice to see someone there in case an issue arose. Admittedly I'm very picky, but we paid luxury prices, I expected the room to be a little more elevated. I would recommend it folks looking and we would consider going back.

Room was good. Had mini-split (heat and AC) and minifridge, as well as the standard stuff seen in any 2-star motel. Close to downtown P-Town.
Went to office twice (two separate days), no one there. Never saw any staff. Shower small, same for sink and bathroom. Coffee was in a common room with pods (tea, regular and decaff, although no variety). Nothing else except for ice and water. Breakfast was two $5 chits for a 'provisions' store. We spent over double that amount for a bagel and pastry. Parking for 7 cars - not adequate for the number of people staying there. We arrived precisely at 3 PM (earliest stated arrival time) and got next to last parking slot. Another visitor, arriving at 3:30 was SOL.
