Fifteen minutes to downtown Portland, less than 10 minutes to ME Turnpike. Short car ride to Portland Head Light, Fort Williams, LL Bean and many State Parks. This place was just what we were looking for. It was super clean and perfect for our little family. The beach is so close and the neighborhood is so quite and clean and amazing. We would definitely stay there again !

Everything was more than we could have hoped for and the cottage was so comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect and quiet, yet easy to get to anything we wanted with the beach right around the corner. We hope to be back again as soon as possible it was the best stay ever!

The cottage was perfect for us, a retired couple with a dog. Cozy, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace on a chilly morning. Highly recommend for a stay at the beach.

Loved it. The description mentioned a coffee grinder which wasn’t there but issue resolved immediately. The air condition doesn’t work at all and not sure it would have reached the bedroom. We only tried it one night when it rained and was was very humid. We came to Maine to escape the humidity of where we live. One last note. It would be great if we could pass items from the kitchen to the deck. We didn’t want to remove the screen in fear of damaging it. We realize this may not be possible but would have been a great feature. We cooked much of our stay and made great use of the deck.

Stayed in this little cottage for 10 days in June. Rustic, but clean and very comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk to sandy beach. Fully furnished with just about anything I could need except bed linens and towels which I knew about beforehand. Has heat, A/C and 2 ceiling fans. Very easy to communicate with property manager. My husband joined me for 4 days and there was plenty of room for 2 adults. I hope to make this an annual getaway.

I loved my stay at the Sea Smoke cottage, especially the back deck. The cottage is small but comfortable, and everything needed was provided. The area was very quiet and felt safe. It was also a great neighborhood to walk with my dog, and the beach was only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this rental!

Stayed here just as the summer season was beginning. It's fun to watch the neighborhood begin to fill up with people coming for the nice weather! It's a quick walk to The Bait Shed, which has great food and a lovely outdoor deck for dining.
The cottage itself is very comfortable and has everything you need for a quiet getaway.

Spent several weeks here while in-between places. The convenient location made it perfect as a temporary home-base, and the neighborhood and beach were perfect for walking and exploring. It was also plenty comfortable to stay in and work, or just relax.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The cottage is small and cosy but had everything we needed. It is a very short walk to the ocean, and not much further up to the rock wall at the mouth of the Nonesuch River. Location is also nice and quiet - very little through traffic… Highly recommend local restaurant call Pine Point Grill just 3-4 min drive from the cottage. Debbie was also super responsive with any questions we had. Overall a great experience, and we very highly recommend staying there.

Cottage met my needs and expectations. Just right for one person or a couple and a dog. Very clean and well supplied. Very nice welcome bag. Short walk to the beach.
Only negative was that the back yard included 3 decks so privacy might be an issue in peak season but OK for my off season stay. No one used the their deck.. Cars for the second unit park right at door to my unit.but no big deal.. I would stay again.

Small cottage, great for couples. 1 or 2 young kids are doable, however the pull out couch is definitely not meant for adults. We had a great stay, as we spent most of our time at the beach or on our bikes. Would recommend!

We loved the cottage. It is within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Only a short drive to Orchard beach. As for the cottage it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is small but it was fine. The back deck was also very nice to relax on. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a very short drive into a Old Orchard Beach. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the cottage, everything was very neat and beautiful. There was even a small care package when I entered for the first time, and I thought that was such a sweet touch. Restaurants and activities close by as well, and there was never a moment I was bored there. The beach that’s nearby is impeccable and not overly crowded. Will definitely stay here again next year.
