Located in Prague, this lovely condo for $105 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. It comfortably fits 4, has high ceilings and is centrally located on a quiet green square with many shops and restaurants around and quick access to subway and tram or 20 minutes walk to the Old Town. If you are looking for true local experience in great, safe and lively neighborhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place! We will do our utmost for you to be delighted! The apartment is modern and fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart TV with internet access and NETFLIX subscription, hifi system with any mp3 player connection, espresso coffee maker, hairdryer and much more for either short or long stay for pleasure or business.. Bedroom has comfortable King size bed for two with quality mattress and wardrobe. From here you can enter your private spacious 10 sqm terrace with sitting/lounging area. Big living room/lounge area is combined with kitchen and has dining table for up to 4 people. It can be converted into second bedroom with its comfortable sofa pullout bed where two more can sleep. Kitchen is FULLY equipped with all necessary appliances - refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer, glass ceramic cooktop, multifunction microwave oven, toaster, kettle and espresso maker for coffee lovers like us. There is also full set of utensils, glasses, knifes, pots, pans and rags. Fresh coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tablets, detergents and more are provided. The bathroom is separated from the toilet and has walk in rain shower. Hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels, toilet paper - will all be ready for you. It is ideal for group of friends or family and can easily accommodate 4 people. WIFI internet is fast, unlimited and for your use only. There is small iron and ironing board if needed. There is central heating system in the building but each apartment controls its own temperature. We are available to our guests and ready to answer any questions and help 24/7 via sms, phone, messaging apps and email. NEIGHBORHOOD The most popular central Prague residential district with Art Nouveau and Art Deco buildings, loads of cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, farmers market and also green parks while just step away from the tourist crowds (and traps). Famous Riegrovy sady garden (with amazing views on Prague castle and summer outdoor pubs) is 10 minutes walk away and Parukářka park (also cool viewpoint) is 5 minutes. Žižkov Tower with viewing platform and the best views of Prague on a sunny days is just around the corner and all the main tourist attractions (Charles Bridge, National Theatre, Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, Prague Castle, Lesser Town Square etc.) are short tram or metro ride or walkable if you enjoy walking. GETTING AROUND The apartment is 3 minutes from nearest tram stop that brings you to Wenceslas square in about 7 minutes. It is also minutes away from Jiřího z Poděbrad square (metro station) with Farmer's Market or Flora (metro station) with shopping mall and cinemas. Most of the touristic highlights are less than 10 minutes by public transport. Walking to Wenceslas square takes about 25 minutes then 10 minutes to Oldtown square and Charles bridge is another 10 minutes walk away. Main train station (Hlavní nádraží) is less than 5 minutes by tram and airport is less than 1 hour by public transport (30 mins by taxi or we can arrange our driver for very reasonable price). PARKING Free parking Friday 5 pm to Sunday 5 pm Otherwise parking garage 500 meters from the apartment. Cost around 15 EUR/day, reservation required. The earlier you book, the cheaper you park.

The property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the location (tram and grocery store nearby) as well as the numerous restaurant recommendations the hosts provided. Communications was fantastic. We would consider renting this apartment again if we find ourselves back in Prague.

First of all it was an amazing trip to prague. The Apartment from Robert and Pavel was amazing. You get exactly what you booked!
The two have amazing tips for shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Everything is in detail and you can read it in the morning to plan your day or get inspiration.

My family really enjoyed our time at Robert's place in Prague. It is clear that everything has been thought of ahead of time - instructions on how to use the espresso machine, the washing machine, etc. The guidebook with advice about local attractions, public transit, restaurants and everything else that was included really made our stay all that much easier. The apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 6 year old & 9 year old). The tram stops are very close by and you are close to the unique TV tower as well. A great spot in Prague!

We had a wonderful time in Prague. The apartment is situated in a lovely neighbourhood just a few metro stops away from the buzz of the city center. Mr. Rob is a great host, the apartment is clean and cosy and there is a great travel guide assembled by the host full of personal tips and tricks for a great time in Prague. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an authentic local Prague experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Robert and Pavel's apartment. Communication with them was excellent. Any question (and there were several) were answered with in a hour or so. The apartment was exactly as described and was extremely clean. We organized our train station pick up through Robert and must say that it was stress free having Lukas waiting for us when we got off the train. We also booked Lukas to take us to the airport at the end of our holiday. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood with several very good restaurants within walking distance. To sum up our stay, Robert and Pavel were a pleasure to work with and the apartment was exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

Great location- super base to explore Prague. The flat had all we needed and was very comfortable. The owners were thoughtful in providing a map and a folder of recommendations for local shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet area so easy to sleep. Metro and trams close by. All very enjoyable!

We had a great time in Prague. Rob arranged for an early check in, which was very much appreciated. The apartment was spacious, exactly as represented in the pictures, and was a good base for exploring Prague. Rob also arranged for his driver to take us to the airport. If we return to Prague, we would definitely stay here again

Apartment was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Rob was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. They left all kinds of helpful things in the apartment, including an outlet adapter, which allowed us to charge two things at a time, and a guide which told us everything we needed to know and more. It was great to be able to do laundry, but the dryer barely dried, which Rob had told us about on arrival, so I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Loved our stay in beautiful Prague!!

The book of recommends for sites, attractions, restaurants, etc that Rob and Pavel wrote was so helpful. And the location is close enough to walk to most of the areas we were interested in. Great neighborhood to try some of the local restaurants.

Lovely, comfortable stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Rob the host was very easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. The apartment was walkable to most of the sites. But the team was also very easy to find and take. You can pay for tickets on the tram by tap with card.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.

First time in Prague
Enjoyed our stay in Prague very much! This apartment was the perfect size for us (me and my fiancé) and located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of the city center - only 20 minutes or so via tram/train to Old Town. Robert & Pavel were great hosts - responsive and hospitable. A major perk of staying in their apartment is their awesome guidebook! We consulted it often and followed their advice on everything, especially where to eat & drink! Highly recommend this apartment!

Apartment as shown. Great area with more of a local feel but short trip to town.
Rob and Pavel's recommendations and overview of their city were much welcomed and we tried many of their restaurant suggestions which were great. Prague is a very very pretty but busy city.

Well equipped!
We truly enjoyed our stay, found it very easy to get around. Our land mark was the tv tower. Your guide book was very well put together & having a driver arranged for us was a bonus. Thank you so very much Robert & Pavel.

Great and comfortable apartment
We loved the apartment. Very comfortable, clean and in a great location amongst the locals. We found both metro and trams easy to locate and get us to our destinations. Wonderful restaurants and grocery nearby and all of the guide info that Robert wrote panned out to be right on target! We will visit again.

Perfect location and lovely apartment!
Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful time in Prague. This apartment was in the perfect location to a bakery, restaurants, grocery and the metro/trams. The apartment was spotless, the check-in folder was fantastic for tips and the laminated instructions for the appliances was appreciated. We would stay here again. Thank you Rob and Pavel!

Perfect place to stay in Prague
Everything about the place was great, easy access, was great to have Robert and Pavel arrange for a driver to pick us up even though our flight didn't get in until almost 11pm. The neighborhood was great, the Uber driver picked us up right outside the apartment and only charged eight dollars to take us all the way to the castle. And all of their suggestions for places to eat were perfect. Definitely recommend!

Great Apartment
This is a great one-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a 10 minute tram ride to the city center. Lots of neighborhood restaurants and bars, and convenient supermarkets, etc. Rob and Pavel were excellent, accessible hosts, making sure everything was okay. We took advantage of their airport transportation service which included a 5:00 am pickup on the last day. Strongly recommended as a base for exploring Prague and the area.

Comfortable intelligently designed small apartment in a great neighborhood location.
The apartment was absolutely perfect for wife and I for our short week in Prague. Though we got in later than we planned, Pavel was waiting for us and kept the briefing short so that we could settle in for the night. The bedroom has a wonderful balcony behind it looking overlooking the courtyard that provided a great place to have wine and cheese purchased at the local market less than 10 minutes away. The bathroom is divided into a separate WC and a shower, each with their own sink, which greatly facilitates simultaneous grooming needs. The living room overlooks a park and opens up into the small but functional kitchen and dinette set with seating for four.
The attention to details is what really sets this apartment a standard above any other VRBO that we have stayed at. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, convenient shelves in the bedroom, spare power strips, towels with hanging loops, an espresso machine, free access to their Netflix are just a few of the features that really enhance this apartment. BUt then they also have provided clear written step by step instructions as to how to make espresso, use the washing machine and dryer, etc.And in addition, Pavel and Robert provide a wonderful guide to Prague and their neighborhood, even including an internet version that can be downloaded as a PDF file. This is complemented by a selection of thoughtfully chosen guidebooks to further assist in exploring Prague.
This whole package is located in a neighborhood that we grew to love in the short week that we were there. The neighborhood highlight for us was definitely the outdoor market that is open from Wednesday to Saturday and has a wide assortment of fresh produce, meats and cheeses coupled with pastries and flowers and street food ready to eat. This is a ten minute walk from the apartment, a walk through an inviting neighborhood filled with families and locals, all convening at the market.
We would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wanting to visit Prague.

Great apt. Hosts are wonderful and very organized. The driver, Lucas, was promt and reasonably priced. The only suggestion we would make is to have another fan with more output, and either a top sheet and or a light weight blanket.

Great apartment, great neighbourhood
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Large, airy and well- equipped apartment. We really enjoyed the Farmers Market, bakeries and coffee shops in the 'hood. Nice to be away from the tourist area, but still close enough to everything. We really appreciated being picked up at the airport and taken back at 5:00 a.m. for our flight home! Would highly recommend this apartment. One of the best places we have stayed in our travels.

This place was amazing and Rob and Pavel are fantastic! They do everything possible to ensure a great visit to their hometown. Going above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need from directions, maps, city tips, neighborhood restaurant recommendation, and more. They start with a warm welcome and give attention throughout your stay to make Prague your favorite place to visit.
The apartment is spacious and very cute. All the amenities that you would need or want. We loved sitting on the terrace and having a drink before heading out to dinner. This place was so great for 3 American girls in Europe! Can't recommend this place and these hosts enough!!! Love, love, love this place and Prague!!

This is a lovely apartment is a newly modernised block. IKEA furnished throughout! All mod cons. Conveniently located for supermarket, trams & metro. Comprehensive and faultless information and support from Pavel and Robert. No doubt at all that this is where we will stay if (when!) we visit Prague again.

Wonderful apartment and owners!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Rob and Pavel's apartment. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated in a quiet, secure building. Close to the metro, Albert supermarket and many restaurants. Rob and Pavel provided excellent restaurant recommendations. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Prague. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Prague! :)
