Enjoyed our stay as J was a terrific host. He is an excellent communicator - checked in with us before during and after our stay. Made a great recommendation for catering Christmas dinner - Sunflower Catering and Laura Costas were amazing. Had a bunch of “foodies” at our table and her food, detail on directions for heating as well as the quality were outstanding! J’s place had everything that was needed, very clean and will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great family get away. The house was very well located to our event at the Sagaponack Distillery and the winery. Jay was east to work with and the house was very well supplied.

House was great, fit 12 (adults) comfortably. A lot of amenities, which was perfect when we had rainy weather. The host was fantastic. He was in touch before the stay and helped us with setting up a private chef and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. We were able to check in early and he allowed us a late check out as well. Very a accommodating and was in touch with us throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Jay is an incredible VRBO host, the nicest and most communicate I've ever experienced! The home itself is comfortable, well-appointed and fun. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it's an awesome pool and the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and private. The rooms were comfortable, we appreciated the temperature control and the arcade games were super fun! Fun, unique home. Highly recommend especially for families. It's within distance to some great restaurants and Wolffer's vineyard, too.

Our family gathered from far and wide to spend Thanksgiving together and the house was better than we could have hoped. The kids loved the zip line and sport court while adults enjoyed the outdoor tv and fire pit.

The pool is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and day beds for everyone. Jay is extremely friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions you may have. We can’t wait to come back!

The home on arrival was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, organized, and I absolutely loved the decor! This house and property was the perfect long weekend get-away for our group of 4 families to spend quality time together over new years eve. All of us want to come back again! The house is spacious, well furnished and clean-- with decent sized bedrooms (and big comfy beds!) on each of the 3 levels.
We enjoyed the comfortable living room area for all of us to lounge, the fun downstairs hang-out option, and the great kitchen for group cooking/dining. (Some of us also took advantage of the home gym!).
The property is beautiful with great outdoor space even in the winter. The kids loved the back-yard including basketball and zip lines, and we loved sitting on the patio around the fire. All of us enjoyed the hot tub at one point or another! We can imagine how much more fun it must be in the summer.
We also greatly appreciated Jay, who is truly an excellent host. He was so accommodating the minute I inquired of the listing online. He was very informative, and made sure our stay was perfect. He also connected us to a chef (Laura), who we hired for news years eve. She also was super professional, and took excellent care at organizing and executing -- we had a memorable, elegant, new years eve dinner with a delicious menu.

From the minute you drive up the driveway, your vacation begins. The house and the grounds are spectacular. Jay has thought of everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The pool, the hot tub, the basketball court, and the zip lines keep all ages entertained. You step inside the house and you immediately feel at home. We will definitely be back!

A group of 13 of us (7 adults and 6 kids aged 3 months to 8 years old) rented this house for 3 nights and we couldn't have been happier with our getaway from the city. The house was clean, spacious and well stocked. We had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms throughout, including 2 bedrooms in the basement that were not even mentioned in the listing. The basement had video games, foosball and a very nice pool tab le. Plenty of space throughout. The kitchen is big and equipped to be very functional. The main attraction of the house is the outdoor space. A giant heated pool with many pool toys available. An outdoor seating area (with a mini fridge outside) with a nice propane firepit. A couple of zip lines for the kids to enjoy plus a basketball court on the property as well. This entire backyard is very secluded and has surround sound speakers which made listening to music all afternoon an incredible experience. Oh also almost forgot an enormous hot tub that is also available. And also a very nice grill. While the property is located in a great area close to the beach and grocery stores, etc, we never felt the need to really leave the confines of the house all that much. And more than anything, Jay was probably the best host I've experienced in all of my house rentals. He met us when we arrived to give us a quick 5-10 minute lay of the land. He was readily available to answer any questions through the weekend and was incredibly generous with check in and check out times with us. I couldn't recommend this house and host any more. We usually never rent the same place twice, but I think we'll be back to this one again.
