About this villa rental
This eye catching, sleek villa has an open floor plan, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with A/C units and ceiling fans in each room. The fully equipped beautiful kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and perks; i.e. stove w/ exhaust fan, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, utensils, water cooler. The kitchen counter bar opens to the living room filled with high end art and a flat screen TV with a Bluetooth sound bar for dual TV and music entertainment. A half bath is on the main level.
The main level floor has sliders which leads to a patio overlooking the harbor with lounge chairs for sunbathing.
The second level has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private full bath with stylish faucets, toilet, and stone-tile shower flooring. The second bedroom has two twin beds, two dressers, nightstands, private full bathroom with a modern square toilet, copper sink, faucet coming out of the wall, and stone-tile shower flooring. This spacious bedroom has as slider which leads to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the water view, convenient for your evening lounging.
Guest access
The villa is accessorized with his and her bikes available for use by guests. Guest are responsible for the cost for any flat tires. Washer and dryer, ironing and ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, and linens/towels. Internet is inconsistent on Island. Please have backup arrangements with your carriers for your use. Island does run out of water at times guest are responsible to use the cistern or purchase water from the island water trucks. Long term guest are required to pay for weekly cleaning $135.00 per week which is an added cost to your reservation. Laundry is excluded.
What’s near by? Jolly harbor provides 24 hour security at the main entrance into the north side .
Close by there are two clear water beaches. Guest must purchase pool passes if they want to use the pools when available. One beach has water sport rentals and a popular restaurant/bar with scheduled entertainment, while the other beach is more private.
Within the Jolly Harbour marina there is a golf club and exercise room, numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery store, drug stores, bars and nightlife. ( A Nicki Beach club Is in process of being built )
There is also an excursion stand for taking day sails, catamarans, land/water island tours, horseback rides, scuba diving, jet skis, and much more upon request.
Interaction with guests
Since this villa is privately owned, the owner is extremely responsive to any issues and has access to a maintenance/cleaning service.
Getting around
Golf carts and cars are available for rent in Jolly Harbour.
There is also a taxi stand and a bus line offering rides to any part of the island.

Cheryl was responsive, engaged, proactive, and intuitive. We traveled to Antigua from the States during the pandemic, which was a gamble. The world was beginning to reopen when we booked the trip 3 months before our departure and we took a leap of faith that things would be steady.
From new requirements for villa owners, to new testing requirements to enter the country and exit the country, Cheryl and Claudeth were incredible partners. We had everything we needed to enter the Antigua and return home under new restrictions- it was seamless because of these ladies.
Highlights: The internet was super Fast and stable, AC was cold, the bikes and other amenities were well taken care of (they even had flipper and other pool supplies in perfect working order), the kitchen was well appointed, the house was well decorated and comfortable, and the villa was ultra clean. The location was superb with a grocer right before the villa entrance. We were steps away from the ocean with clear water and white sands (it literally took about 5 mins to walk to the ocean entrance on the back of the Villa grounds). There are restaurants, beauty shops, golf cart rentals, a pool and more within walking distance and there was ample opportunity for community building, as the villa community is vast!
We rarely had Qs about our stay, as things were perfectly arranged, but if/when we did, Cheryl was ON it.
Cons: no cons!! The weather, the people, everything was incredible.
You will ENJOY this property.

The villa is very well decorated and everything we needed and more. Cheryl was excellent to respond to all our questions and she has often checked to ensure that we needed anything. Claudeth, the housekeeper was great! When we had problems, she came very quickly. Thank you to Cheryl and Claudeth for the wonderful month of vacation that we had.

Claudette was wonderful, she checked in often and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. Cheryl was very responsive to our booking and answered questions about our stay promptly. The property was well cared for and bikes, and beach chairs were in great condition. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Our stay was pleasant overall. There were some issues that got resolved, however the customer service was lacking. The pros: the property is extremely safe, well maintained & the scenery is beautiful with tropical flowers & trees. We looked forward to the long walks to Jolly Beach & Ffryes Beach (we are avid hikers & enjoy the exercise). There is a smaller less 'kept' beach behind the villa as well. We loved waking up to the view of the harbor on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise! The air-conditioning worked great. The kitchen is the perfect size, complete with modern appliances & every kitchen tool to cook a proper meal. The washer & dryer in the storage room worked great. Cons: On our arrival our greeter advised us that the TV in the living room & 1 bedroom were out (the repair tech was there working). Only 1 of 3 TVs worked. The first night we spent hours trying to connect to WIFI as the host told us it was working. There was no hot water the first night. It got resolved the next day but the greeter told us we were not using the faucet correctly after she tinkered with the controls in storage room. How hard is it to move shower knobs from left to right & see if it lands on hot/cold water? I had a 38+ min phone call (using my own intl data) with the owner and rep from internet provider. I was asked to check the router for issues & ensure the WIFI code was correct. The owner eventually told me to just use the $10/day intl data plan from my service provider, which I was already doing but had already exhausted for the day & my internet speed was extremely slow as a result. We chose the villa based on ability to use WIFI. It was a major deciding factor. We didn’t have WIFI for 3.5 days, incurred unexpected fees from service providers & missed important deadlines. Other cons were the uncomfortable mattresses in the 2nd bedroom, furnishings were VERY cheap & delicate. The unit could use some repairs to cracks in walls/ceiling. We were unable to use bikes as the host didn't have the codes for the locks. We weren’t shown amenities unless we asked: gym, pool, tennis courts, etc. We weren’t shown how to use the water machine where we could have just purchased water bottles at the store to use. For the price, we could have stayed at a hotel & had less issues. Things happen, but it was the lack of professionalism that caused the experience to sour. Things were eventually worked out, the greeter & owner kept us updated regarding the issues.
