About this house rental

Located in Quarteira, this attractive house for $396 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Spacious 4-bedroom villa near the famous Pinhal golf course and at just 20 minutes’ walk away from the marina and the beaches. It has all the comforts of a family home, Wi-Fi, pool table, air conditioning throughout, a proportional pool, garden, plenty of outdoor furniture and a nice charcoal barbecue. The only room of the ground floor has a double bed and is en-suite. The bedroom has air conditioning and the bathroom has a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed that shares a terrace and a bathroom with another bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms has a shower and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The third bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. The House is equipped with 2 additional extra beds. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The living room is decorated as a family home and has ample interior space for up to 10 adults. The TV is via cable with some English spoken channels and the internet is via WI-FI. 2 sliding doors provide access to the pool and garden. In the basement there is a pool table and a table football table for guest’s entertainment. Among the many shrubs and mature trees there is plenty of cool shades to get away from summer heat. The lawn area is perfect for the children to play around freely and safely. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun and outdoor sofas to relax while reading a book. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. To enjoy outdoor meals there’s nothing better than the charcoal barbecue, conveniently located next to the kitchen and to the outdoor dining table.

Please be very careful before booking this property. If it rains the water will pour through the ceilings causing severe dampness. Games room was flooded for the duration of our stay and the downstairs lights blew due to being damp which effected the electrics all week. Garden is very unkept with grass around a foot high and is covered with over grown bushes and pine needles. Our stay also encountered a falling down tree twice as high as the property into the garden. Other reviews mention a dog barking. This dog is next door and barks mornings until night daily as is constantly standing at the gate. It also barks all night long which becomes more than just annoying when trying to sleep. I would rate the property as being a good size in quite a good location but it is in need of a severe makeover both inside and out. All sofas and beds are dirty and need renewed as we all also come back covered in bites. Overall this is the worst villa i have ever booked and i have submitted my concerns to Expedia as it should not be let out to anyone the state it is in due to breaches in health and safety.

Great place to stay. Only drawback is the neighbours dog which begins barking at 7am and continues non stop until sunset.

Ithought the dining room kitchen was not well equipped, i.e. there were no tablecloths, tea towels, table mats, ladle, spatula, dishcloth, washup liquid,. That was poor. the rest was fine.

A casa tem uma ótima localização, tem todas as facilidades necessárias. Todas as divisões têm uma boa dimensão. A piscina fez as delicias de todos, assim como o cuidado espaço exterior. Fomos muito bem recebidos ao chegar e ainda tivemos direito a um miminho. O ar condicionado do quarto azul do primeiro andar deveria ser reposicionado, ou o armário que está encostado, pois não permite um correto arrefecimento do espaço.
