About this house rental
Our house has been rebuilt to high end luxury on the riverfront.
This property is located on the River Murray between 2 Locks in Brenda Park and it is a 5 minute drive from Morgan, and 2 hour drive from Adelaide.
Absolute riverfront with private jetty, sandy beach, large lawn area to river front and stunning uninterrupted river views whether you choose to dine inside or out.
This property:
- Sleeps 9 people, absolutely NO camping, swags or extra people allowed.
- 3 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, and a bunk room (queen, king single, 2 singles).
- 3 bathrooms: ensuite with walk-in robe off the master bedroom + 1 central and 1 downstairs (2 bathrooms have rain showers)
-2 main bedrooms with direct access to balcony
- Large dining with seating for 8 + 4 on kitchen bar
- Free Wi-Fi and SMART TV with internet connection
- Lounge room with TV 65 inch OLED HD, DVD player and stereo, PlayStation 3 with all the popular games
- Fully equipped high end kitchen: dishwasher, 2 in-wall ovens, induction stove top, crockery, utensils, pantry, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, base pantry items such as sauces, sugar, tea, coffee, oils, salt, pepper
- Separate laundry with Fisher Paykel dryer and washing machine, cordless Dyson
- Reverse cycle ducted air conditioner
This property features outside:
- Gas BBQ and outdoor dining seating 8 plus a Weber (bring own coals/beads)
- Rain water tank
- Private Jetty and beach on main river
- Lawn area right to river front, with huge Gum Trees for shade
- Large established bonfire area (please note fire ban times)
- Only one neighbor and walking trails and wildlife on the other side
-Under cover parking for 4 cars plus extra spaces
- Boat ramp down the road within Brenda Park, approx. 800m
Please note that this property is not suitable for pets and absolutely smoke/vape free.
What to bring:
- Your own boat, jet skis and water toys
- All beds have quilts, quilt covers, pillows and pillow cases and are fully made up
- 2 towels are provided in each bathroom, (not per bed) please bring extra
- All taps pump river water which is filtered. There is a rainwater tank on site, dispenser in the kitchen, but please bring additional drinking water as required
- Bring own pods for Nespresso Coffee machine but generic pods are supplied
We request an additional $800 on top of the day rate for bond in case of damages. This bond is fully refundable.
Should an unforeseeable event occur such as what we had in the past with COVID19 which prevents travel, we will give a FULL refund
An additional $250 for cleaning.
Must supply car registration numbers, names and age group of ALL guests, and drivers license of booking guest.
STRICT RULES:
Please be aware if more than the booked number of guests stay on the property, or any camping without permission, you will lose your bond.
Excess noise, partying, or disturbing the neighbours after 10pm will lose bond and may be asked to leave the property.
Any damage externally or inside, will lose appropriate cost from bond. This includes excessive cleaning. Any damage will incur replacement charges which includes stone benchtop damage.

Hosts were fantastic and very responsive. Place is extremely well kept and has absolutely everything you could need. It suited us to a tee and we especially appreciate having boat whips to tie up our boat. Thank you Sue & Mike :)

We had the most amazing stay. We were 2 families of 4 and loved how homely the shack felt. There was a big issue with lots of bugs at night wanting to come inside so that forced us to sit inside every night. Mother nature cant be helped so 10/10 stay for us for us.
