Located on a rolling green acre of old growth trees, this private suite is a new edition built onto a southern-classic ranch house and fresh to the VRBO scene. Boasting hardwood floors, large windows and lots of light, this charming apartment sits in one of Nashville’s most coveted neighborhoods. While just minutes away from everything Nashville has to offer, you can relax in the peace and quiet that immediately surrounds you. This is a fully-furnished and spacious apartment with a kitchenette, separate bedroom and a living room with fireplace. It is accessible by way of your private outdoor entrance conveniently located directly outside of your parking spot outside. Included: *Private living room w/ a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, USB/socket couch and large Smart TV *Private bathroom with amenities (towels, blowdryer..) * Seperate bedroom w/ walk-in closet, large dresser and new pillow top queen mattress * Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, microwave and fully stocked keurig machine *Private outdoor entrance *Private parking spot *Community Park and Pool just a 5 minute walk away *** Sorry unfortunately no pets please. You are welcome to enjoy the property all you want! The back yard is host to many colorful birds, from Northern Cardinals to the American Goldfinch. Mornings are a great time to take your coffee out to the patio, sit back and watch all their drama unfold! In the evenings, watch the sun set from the same spot; painting all the leaves and tree trunks orange. Enjoy a walk or jog? There is a lovely park just steps away. If you're hunting for a place to truly kick back between adventures around the city, you've found the spot! Beautiful Apartment!
I attended a conference in the Nashville area and wanted a place that would not make my allergies go haywire. That ruled out hotel rooms unless I had a PURE room, which was difficult to find. I looked at VRBO and found Phil's apartment. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was a very clean place with beautiful hardwood floors. The apartment was decorated very tastefully. The kitchenette area was a delightful surprise, also. I did use the glass table that was in the walk-in closet. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in closet was great to keep my luggage and bags out of the main living area. I did not have any allergy issues in this apartment!
The apartment is attached to a brick home on about an acre of land. Most of the houses in this area looked like they had an acre of land surrounding them.
Phil was very hospitable asking if I needed anything and she informed me of restaurants and fun things to do in the area. This location is very useful for anywhere in the Nashville area and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

A great space!
The space was great and exactly what I needed as I attended a nearby conference. I wasn't there during the day, so I wasn't able to take advantage of the nearby amenities (pool, park), but the bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed as I came and went each morning and evening. I highly recommend it!

Nashville's little secret
From our initial search until the moment we left, we were happy with this place. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the highway. The apartment style addition is super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable.
Phil was awesome and her communication/professionalism with us was first class. We were disappointed that we never got to meet, but we were not around too much. We booked this place for the CMA Fest in Nashville as it was much cheaper than the downtown hotels. It was a short 15-20 min drive to downtown depending on traffic. We even ventured out in Goodlettsville and were pleasantly surprised with all the antique stores in the area.
We loved the variety of coffee for the Keurig machine and all the flavored creamers. It was such a nice treat in the mornings.
The unit does not have access to control the air/heat, but one quick text and she adjusted the temp to our liking.
All in all, just a perfect place to stay if you enjoy getting away from the hotel life.

Everything I could have asked for
What a lovely property and gracious host. It was the perfect location and the perfect space. I wasn't there much but truly appreciated the space when I was. Many comforts of home.

Cute and Clean
We loved staying at this property. Very cute, clean, comfortable, and safe neighborhood. The home was quiet and had some great thoughtful touches (like Keurig, paper plates, toaster oven, glasses, etc.) Would definitely stay here again!

We will stay again the next time we are in Nashville. The host was great, helpful, and easy to work with. The bed was comfortable and relaxing, and they have include all that you might need. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly Recommended!
Phil's place is stylish, clean and comfortable. Definitely true to the pics. The location is good. It was a quicker drive to Nashville than we expected. It's very close to East Nashville and only 25 minutes to the airport in early morning traffic. Phil is a great host. She makes herself available but also gives you your own space. She offered lots of good recommendations for local places to check out.
I have trouble sleeping but got great sleep when the weather was nice and surprisingly decent sleep when it wasn't. The bed is super comfy. The room is quiet and the windows have nice thick curtains that keep the sun out in the morning (and make the lightening less intense at night).
One tip/warning - this place doesn't have a full-length mirror and I know that's a must for some, especially on vacation. I used my husband as a full-length mirror but it wasn't quite the same. ;)

Very clean, pet friendly and owner very helpful.
We stayed in this property for four nights with our dog. It is comfortable and very clean. Although north of downtown Nashville, it’s easy access to the freeway with the Opry and downtown just a few minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. There is not a kitchen but a Keurig, microwave, small frig. and toaster are provided. The owner was very helpful and hopefully on her way to a successful music career.

The house was cute and perfectly located for our weekend plans.
The homeowner was a great host!! She left us a welcome note with information about the house and suggestions for area restaurants. She responded to our text messages immediately. The place was well equipped and very clean. Phil seemed to think of everything. We would definitely stay again!!

Great stay in Nashville
Phil was wonderful and very accommodating to us. Her responses were always instantaneous and was truly there to do whatever she could to make us feel comfortable. The place was very clean and just as cute as is shown in the photos. It's easy to find and just off the highway. It's in a quaint, quiet neighborhood that is still comfortably close to East Nashville and Broadway, whatever your plans are. Thank you Phil!!
