About this house rental
A newly built 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, located on Union Street just two short blocks from the heart of Main Street. The whole house is fully air conditioned with a Nest system, every bedroom has a on suite bathroom, and a Sonos wireless speaker system. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, the wharf and ferry. All new construction with the highest quality of appliances and peeks of Nantucket harbor from the third floor.
You enter the home on the first floor which has an open family room, dining area and half bath. The kitchen opens up to the family room and is right next to a set of french doors that leads to an outdoor patio. The outdoor patio has a table, separate seating area, and a new Weber gas grill. There is also one parking spot for you to use right at the house for your convenience.
The second floor includes three bedrooms all newly decorated, and all with on suite bathrooms. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and on suite bathroom with a double vanity and both a shower and bathtub.
The third floor includes a separate small seating area and the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has twin beds and a separate full bathroom is also on this floor.
The basement level of the house has a separate entrance door and a second family room with windows. There is a a full bath located in the second family room. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers are also located on this level for your use.

The location is fabulous, literally a few yards from Main Street downtown. The layout is most convenient: 4 bedrooms all en suite, and another pull-out bed and full bath in the basement. Kitchen furnishings, beach equipment, laundry, outdoor tables and chairs with Weber Grille-all in great conditione and supplied by owner. And I can't imagine a more attentive, competent and friendly property owner than Danielle.
