Dedicated dining area, newer furnishings and 42” flat screen TV in the living area. The couch in the living area pulls out to a queen size bed to accommodate your guests. King size bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom. Enjoy the emerald colored waters of the Gulf, the ocean breeze and beautiful Florida sunsets from the screened lanai. Secured lobby area for easy and comfortable access to your condo. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry. All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. ***First season 2025 rental needs to start on or before January 1. February - March bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented *** WIFI included. Cable & streaming available. Laundry facility on each floor. Just minutes from Wiggins Pass which allows access from the Cocohatchee River to the Gulf of Mexico! Nearby Mercato includes many dining options, night life, shopping, Whole Foods and luxury movie theater. Property Code VT606 Please see below for additional booking requirements: * 30 day minimum stay. Full months in season only (J-M). February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented. First season 2025 rental needs to start on or before January 1 * Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking. * These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for annual leases are: $150 application fee and $75 background check fee. * Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement. * 30% deposit due at time of booking. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment i walked into our condo, it was better than the pictures online! This condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. This well apointed condo is comfortable and has the most i sunsets on the balcony! You are steps from the gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach, and wonderful pool. I loved being right across from the laundry room. It felt like it was part of the condo, even though its 5steps away! I already booked for next year! Cant wait to come back to a little bit of heaven on earth!!

Great location, walk to the beach. No management on site, not clean, roku broken, no pool key, management slow to resolve problems. Unit is very humid. AC works but doesn’t reduce the humidity. Decor is lovely and recently remodeled. Large balcony w many seating options

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely! It was clean, nicely appointed,and had a specatular view of the ocean. We especially liked sitting on the balconey watching the sunsets. We loved the walking proximity to Wiggins Pass Beach and the many wonderful restaurants in the area. We also loved having the pool! The only downside was the laundry situation. Having to use the laundry debit-type card was not ideal. We didn't know how much to put on the card initially and then, since the building manager was hospitalized during our visit, the office was manned only 1 hour a day by residents. Refilling the card online was not easy, so we had to keep an eye on when someone would be in the office.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but the bathroom drain that drains incredibly slow was a nightmare! Contacted the property manager. A plumber was sent and confirmed it us not a clogged drain, but faulty hardware. This problem will not go away until the proper hardware is installed.

This proporty was beautiful and loved the location, short walk to beach. Our complains would be about the maintance of the bathroom. When we arrived the toliet was not working and the sink was totally clogged up. We called the property manager and after a day was told to find the building manager, who frankly wanted nothing to do with the issues. After almost a week the property manager sent over a plumber. Toliet was fix (needed a part) and the sink was unclogged. Unfortunity the sink had problems again with draining on the last 7 days or so of our stay. Felt these issues should of been addressed before we arrived. Also was totally surprised the laundry was common (outside of apartment). At the rate we paid for the month that would be a deal breaker for me in the future. With Covid and hearing there was a case of covid in the building the laundry situation made me very unconfortable. Also masking wearing in common places was inconsistent.
