This slice of heaven is surrounded by the bay waters, the channel and the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai and the front balcony!! The fully stocked Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances as well as island style seating with 3 bar stools. The Kitchen eating area offers seating for four with direct gulf and bay views!! The main living space is open-concept and has a Dining Room with seating for six as well as a Living Room with tile floors, a leather sectional couch, a flat screen smart TV, and views of every room with this open concept. The walk-in Laundry Room offers a new washer/dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The screened-in Lanai is located off the Master Bedroom and the Living Room with amazing, direct views of the water. Enjoyed watching all the birds from the lanai at eye level and over the bay. The morning dolphins were a daily treat. Lovely place with all the amenities to be able to cook for us Italians. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful pool and hot tub area heated to perfection during cooler temp days. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

I want to thank Maria and her family for taking care of me during my stay in our forever place at Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is wonderful and does not disappoint. We loved staying at this condo! The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and a nice pool right there as well. The condo was gorgeous, clean and relaxing. Our host was helpful and responsive each time we needed anything. We'll definitely be back!!

Pool was very nice and heated. Only problem we had was with the elevator. Very noisy when it came up to 6th floor. Another person we met there said that they were in the process of repairing them soon.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My 2 adult daughters and I stayed here for spring break. The views were better in person than on the website. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us and I loved the huge closet in the master bedroom!!!! The walk to the beach was very short for us to go watch the sunset each evening. The pool area was also very nice and never crowded so we always had a chair available. Everyone was very friendly as well. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

There were a couple issues during my stay, but the owner was very available and assisted on every matter she could. Working with the owner was very easy and I appreciated her making herself so available. This is a great location! The views are very good and I look forward to coming back!

We have stayed here at Baypoint several times and just love it. You can to walk to the beach or sit on the lanai and watch the boaters and dolphins go by. It’s perfect. The variety of shopping and restaurants in the area can satisfy any taste and the options are endless. I will be back.

The overlook of the water is why I chose this property. Very quiet and peaceful w access to sunrise and sunset. Access to the Vanderbilt portion of the beach is an easy walk and open to whomever walks in, however you must pay to enter the immediately adjacent state park portion of the beach.

Absolutely loved our 14 day stay in Naples. The condo was perfect for us. We sat on the lanai from morning until evening. So relaxing watching the boats come and go. We would have our coffee out there in the morning and watch the sun come up. Just beautiful. We loved the area and especially having a parking space under the building with our own garage door opener. Loved the pool also. So well kept. The grounds are awesome. We would stay again In a heart beat. Thanks Maria for making it a home away from home.

Very nice stay in North Naples, easy walk to beach and drive to lots of restaurants. Condo was very nice and unit has a lovely view from balcony. Great time shared with my husband myself and another couple. 4 star for check in as there are lots of codes to remember!!

We had a girl’s week and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The balcony was our favorite place! Loved enjoy sunrise and breakfast to relaxing in the evening on the balcony. Also a short easy walk to the beach.

The property is in a great location, within five minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and in a quite/relaxing area. We had a great time at this location. The only thing was that the cleanliness of the unit could have been better especially during Covid times. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our time in this location. What time do you say about this beautiful condo how are you enjoyed it last year for the first time enjoyed it even more this time. The condominium is beautiful spacious as all amenities and is a stones throw away from the beach which we visited every day and night. Will definitely be back hopefully next year

fully stocked with everything; the canal and gulf views were amazing. We got to Naples at 1:00pm and Maria allowed us to check in early. The beach was conveniently located literally a 5 min walk. Everything was so near by easy drive on 41. I had very relaxing vacation due to the quietness and peaceful environment. Oh loved having the parking space in the garage with all the beach supplies especially the beach cart. Amazing I will definitely return. Maria was easy to work with.

We really enjoyed the location. Walking distance to the beach, right in between Naples and Bonita Springs, where we had events. Just up the street was a Catholic Church and further up was Publix. Seed to Table was also very close too! Would definitely stay here again. (Just need better twin beds and cushions on the patio furniture.)

Everything was great! We had been given the code to get in the condo so once we arrived we just walked right in. The condo was stocked with all the things you would need. I replaced things I used such as paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates and soap. The best thing is it was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach!! I had my 12 and 14 yr old boys with me and it was so convenient being so close yo the beach! The view from the top floor condo balcony was very pretty. We spent a lot of time sitting and enjoying the view. I go to Naples once or twice a year and I will definitely stay here my next trip! Loved it!

This place is stacked with amenities. Fantastic views. Super quiet and private. No on-site management so it is very lenient and relaxed atmosphere. 5 to 30 min drive to most places and a great quick walk to beach. Perfect spot for our honeymoon!
