Boasting an unbeatable location, this vintage unit offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. The Space: The open, airy, and impeccably clean interior provides ample space to relish your vacation. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views from every corner of the home, creating a timeless ambiance. A 4-top dining area invites formal meals, while the screened lanai is perfect for al fresco dining or sipping cocktails while soaking in spectacular Gulf sunsets. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and private lanai access, creating a cozy retreat. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, accompanied by a full-sized bathroom with a tub and shower combo. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided, ensuring you're well-equipped for a day at the renowned Delnor-Wiggins State Park beach, just a short walk away. Indulge in beachside bliss, with easy access to Vanderbilt beach and a myriad of dining options, including the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton, La Playa, and the Turtle Club, all within a mile. Vanderbilt Towers, situated in a private peninsula surrounded by water, offers proximity to Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Collier County Free Beach Access. While the complex is undergoing restoration post-Hurricane Ian, rest assured that this individual condo, #503, remains untouched and retains its charm. Be prepared to witness the rejuvenation of the complex, promising a renewed and enhanced experience for your stay in 2024. Relax, rejuvenate, and relish the coastal charm of Naples in this vintage gem, where every moment is embraced by the beauty of the Gulf. The Small Print: This unit and all units within the Vanderbilt Towers have a common laundry facility which is located on each floor of the building. This is card operated laundry where you take the card to the onsite office to charge money to it to do your laundry. This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND PAID SEPARATELY. No pets allowed per HOA rules and regulations. Florida state permit number: #CND2103205

We had a great month and liked our spacious 2 bedroom with gorgeous gulf views and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would be ideal if the owner updated the guest room curtains and living room furnishings.

Unit was clean with great view and a short walk to the beach. Light, totable beach chairs were supplied. Overall a good choice and reasonable price for the location.
