Situated in Sussex County, this charming house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to our vacation house at the Forest Landing community! The entire house is designed around the concept of a “refreshing beach getaway” so you can immerse yourself in the vacation atmosphere without feeling overwhelmed. About the surrounding area: The Forest Landing development has numerous amenities such as a 7000 sq. ft. outdoor pool, fitness center, fire pit, 2 tennis courts, playground and walking trials, all of which are available to you for NO EXTRA CHARGE. The guess pass to access these amenities are included in your stay. These accommodations are all within walking distance and the Forest Landing community is very family friendly! In addition to the beautiful beaches and the bustling boardwalks (all within easy driving distance), there are multiple golf courses, such as the Bear Trap Dune Golf course that are within easy driving distance (just a ½ miles away). There are Weis and Giant supermarket that is less than 10 minutes drive from the house and CVS pharmacy and BJ's are only 20 minutes away. There are other local super markets that are even closer for your grocery shopping needs. About the house itself: The first floor includes the master bedroom with private full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 kids’ bedroom), a full bathroom, a laundry room, a full kitchen and dining area that is a part of the foyer. As you enter the house, you will see a beautiful arched entrance followed by a short hallway leading to the foyer. To the left of the entrance is a bedroom, a closet and a full bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed and carpeted floor. All of the bedrooms except the kid’s bedroom have its own closet. Walking past the arch, to your left is the kids’ bedroom with 2 twin beds and a dresser. To your right will be the laundry room with its brand new washer and drier with a sink and access to the garage. You will love the spacious feel of the foyer which is open to the second floor! The foyer, aka great room, includes a kitchen, a living room, a dining area and the stairs to the second floor. The dark wood flooring in most of the main areas of the first floor makes the house feel classy and the soft colored area rugs gives off a cozy vibe. The entire foyer is very well lit with 10 recessed lights and 2 ceiling lights. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a cook-top with 4 gas stoves, double wall oven, genuine granite counter top and a spacious island so you can cook to your heart’s content. We have stocked the kitchen with plenty of tableware and silverware as well as pots, pans, baking trays and other everyday kitchen necessities. The dining area to the back of the kitchen is equipped with a dining table that could easily sit your entire party (8+ people) so you can enjoy more time together on your vacation. The living room area includes a brand new curved 55 inch smart TV. You can access your YouTube from your phone and directly connect to the TV via WiFi or use the apps on the smart TV to access your own Netflix/hulu etc. accounts to enjoy your shows just like if you were home. The TV is mounted on a swivel so you can enjoy it from anywhere in the great room. The spacious coach in the living room is so soft and comfy, you can (and most likely will) fall asleep there after a long day at the beach or during a movie marathon. We also have a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. To the left of the entrance to the foyer is the stairs to the 2nd floor as well as the arched entrance to the master suite. The master suite includes the spacious master bedroom, a 55 inch flat screen TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom features a tray ceiling, a queen size bed with nightstands and soft area rug. The master bathroom features a unique soaking tub with water jets, separate walk in shower and couple’s sink. The second floor is entirely carpeted and features a loft, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The loft is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a queen size bed, brand new TV, an Xbox 360 and other entertainment systems. It’s the perfect place to just hang out and relax. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor, one with a queen sized bed and another with a full sided bed and a twin sided bed. Outside features include a 2 car garage with an ice box freezer and a 4 car driveway. The backyard is open to a beautifully maintained lawn that is facing the pond. A brand new BBQ stove in the outdoor patio will be provided for your grilling needs. Additionally, we do provide basic cable and free WiFi during your stay. The house is also equipped with a security key pad operated door so you don’t have to worry about bringing your keys in a bathing suit! Please keep in mind linens and towels are not included with this rental. Feel free to bring your own or rent one of our linen packages. We recently added a new screen porch!
