About this house rental
Located in Rehoboth Beach, this attractive house for $399 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a spacious, beautiful, impeccably maintained condominium/townhome located just off Rehoboth Avenue. We are the original owners of this home, purchased in 2009. YES, we will provide a full refund if Delaware restrictions prohibit your access (e.g., pandemic travel restrictions). The home is just eight blocks from the beach - a relaxing 15-20 minute walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth and the acclaimed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The condominium complex, Edgewater Park, fronts the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal. It is a 5 minute drive to premium outlet stores. (Delaware has no sales tax.) The new, four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby. The gated condominium complex has a centrally located pool. There is a large playground/park area within a block and visible across the canal from the house's 3 balconies. There is also a water park within a 5 minute drive. The home is four stories, 3200 square feet, perfect for a cozy gathering of families and friends, yet large enough to have some privacy too. Each floor has a balcony or patio with views of the Canal. The fourth floor master is approx 800 square feet with a King size bed and a sitting area with a queen size pull out couch, a 37” HDTV, and a romantic fireplace. This room has a private balcony with a view of the ocean over the tops of the trees. The luxury bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate full size stand-up shower. On the third floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1) The second master has a Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom and private balcony. 2) our “Surfer” room has a queen size bed and TV and 3) the “Kids” room is set up with two sets of single bunks. Rooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom. On the entry level/first floor, we have a third master/5th bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen size bed, TV, and a sliding door out to the patio. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. This main level is an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, a large sectional couch, and a 46” TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a balcony off the living room with a grill (New Weber for 2019) and patio seating. Also on the entry level, the garage is equipped with full size foosball table for rainy days or late nights. On this level there is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Electric Vehicle charging outlet (50 AMP) available in the garage for you convenience! We provide internet access, TVs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms (none in the bunk bed room) with full HD cable service, and books, movies, games, and toys for the kids. Please note, pillows and comforters are provided for all beds, but you will need to bring your own linens (towels and sheets). Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 am Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. This property is ok but needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates. It was missing little features like hooks on the back of the doors and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A second refrigerator in the garage would also make a big difference. The coffee table was extremely wobbly and there was not enough comfortable furniture in the main gathering area. The owner/manager was very responsive though and the location is good.

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Darren’s house was exactly as described! The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping! It is such a nice quiet community. The house had enough room for the 10 of us to be together or alone. We had everything we needed and more! 5 stars all around for the host and the property! Everyone wants to go back next year!!

Our multi-gen family of 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 5 and under) just spent a great week at this large townhome. The 4 separate levels, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provided ample space/privacy for each of our 3 families. A word of caution: with 4 distinct levels, the home has lots of steps. Baby gates were provided along with many other necessities for small children. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the house with the exception of towels and bed linens.
The house is about a mile from the beach so we found it necessary to drive with the small children and all the “beach accessories”. We were, however, able to walk to a number of the highly recommended restaurants. Two favorites within walking distance: Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Head. Also great breakfast/brunch/coffee spots across the road.
We loved the community pool just steps from the door and used the blow-up tubes and noodles provided in the house.
The owner was super responsive. He answered texts immediately and was always very helpful. We would definitely recommend this townhouse!

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Great house, Great location
This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space
Darren was an excellent host and responded quickly when we messaged him. The house's layout provides lots of privacy for multiple families vacationing together. The walk to the beach was a little much for us with 5 kids ages 6 and under, but it would be fine for older kids, teens and adults. Notably, there is a pass included with the house to park at Deauville Beach or you can pay the meter ($3.50 an hour starting at 10am) to park at Rehoboth Beach if you prefer not to walk.
The condo complex is gated and felt very safe (we could still get groceries delivered which was a plus!). The pool was beautiful and was open 9 to 9 and was essentially like having your own private pool just steps from your door since it was never crowded.

What a VRBO Should Be!

Plenty of room for two families. We had a great time and the kids loved the pool. Darren was great with communication! The walk to the beach is a bit long for little ones so bring a stroller or wagon. The house was very clean.

We loved this townhouse for our group of 12. It had plenty of bedrooms, was the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at (in terms of amenities and kitchen supplies) and provided very easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat--highly recommend!

Perfect Long Weekend Away
Perfect place to stay with a couple families. Plenty of space and excellent location. Pool was fantastic for the kids. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach but was preferred because traffic/parking was tough. House was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner in. Very close to excellent restaurants and a brewery. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look into staying here again.

The cleaners definitely could’ve done a better job, as there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the garbage disposal made the house smell like rotting fish when we first arrived, but the owner was responsive and offered to have the cleaners return to finish the job which was nice.
The location is just a short drive to the beach and a short walk to the playground, restaurants and a liquor store.
Assuming the owner gets new cleaners, we would definitely return again!

Great Beach Vacation
We had a lovely time in this townhouse property. The neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to shops and to the beach. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There is lots of space and we enjoyed the home and the pool.
Our host provided great instructions and information on the area. We would definitely book this location again.

Great property
We had a great time at the property. It is spacious and has a lot of amenities. The long table is great for family dinners. It was a little sticky, but nothing a $3 tablecloth from Walmart could not fix. There is a great collection of movies and games that entertained us on the rainy day we had. The grill worked great, too.

We had a great time renting Darren's vacation home. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids and having a parking pass for the beach was awesome. Also, having reserved parking and guest parking was helpful. There was so much space in the property to easily accommodate all of us, 7 adults & 2 children. I would definitely recommend this property for families looking to stay in Rehoboth.

Wonderful vacation home!
This property was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything we could possibly need! We had plenty of space to spread out to sleep, plus enough room in the kitchen and living/dining area for us to all eat dinner and play games together. The host recommended Deauville beach, which was the perfect uncrowded place for us to enjoy the sand and the ocean. We also enjoyed the large pool at the condo. The host was very responsive and even checked in with us the evening we arrived to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would definite stay here again!
