Nestled in Sidmouth, this lovely condo for $92 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Location, location, location! Seatime holiday apartment is a recently refurbished and well equipped studio apartment in a perfect location right in the very heart of Sidmouth, just a minute or two's walk from both the town centre and the beach. The apartment offers a home from home and has everything you could wish for a comfortable stay including a bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with modern cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a spacious bathroom with bath and over heasd shower. There's even light weight deckchairs to take on the short stroll to the beach! The apartment is perfect for two but could sleep 4 with the sofa bed. A free parking space is a real bonus so close to the town centre too. Seatime is a studio first floor apartment in a small block of 4, accessible up a flight of stairs and accessed through a communal entrance hall. There is a communcal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where quests can enjoy a sit in the sun. Sidmouth is a charming Regency seaside town, offering beautiful gardens, dramatic cliffs, clean beaches and interesting independent shops. It's well worth a visit and we want to ensure our guests have a lovely stay so we have added the little touches that will make Seatime feel like a special place to spend some time. 2nd stay at this appartment and will come again place is very clean and tidy everything you need and 2mins walk to seafront and pub,parking place was allocated outside aparrtment(great stay).Mr Mrs C Green.

Good location near to the town and beach. Flat was clean and tidy. Communication was excellent from the host and check in was straightforward.

Lovely stay in Sidmouth
The studio was very clean and had everything for self catering..It was good to have free car parking as it is quite expensive to park.The property was a minute from town and the sea front.Brilliant position.Lovely stay,would highly recommend.

We had a brilliant weekend in Sidmouth thank you. Apartment is very homely and cosy and well equipped. Also in a great location for the town and beach so best of both worlds.

Relaxing Break
The property is really nice, it is clean and bright with all that you need to be self sufficient, including washing up liquid, dishcloths, soap etc. which I did not expect. Parking and bus stop very close and just minutes away from the beach and town. Overall a very enjoyable few days, Sidmouth is lovely, will certainly be going again.

A very comfortable base
Very good facility, strategic location - close to centre and most tourist venues in the town. Good set of cutlery and dishes. Nice touches: hanging posters.. double mattress a little too soft.. no lids for the pans in kitchen.. good sofa bed, refreshing easy-to- work shower . A great little place to base

Compact but shame the oven door does not open fully! The seagulls playing football on the roof make it a bit noisy especially at 4am!! Uncomfortable sofa.

On arrival we found the place to be clean, tidy and airy. However the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress had given way on one side making you feel as if you would roll out if you relaxed, and the sofa really wasn't fit for purpose (I make beds, sofas and sofa beds for a living). EXCELLENT CENTRE LOCATION
The access by car from the promenade is straight forward and the single room apartment is comfortable and surprisingly spacious with lots of light from the windows. It's location is superb - only a few minutes walk from any part of the centre of Sidmouth and the sea front. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent apartment with all you need for a pleasant visit. Clean warm and well equipped. Bonus of a parking space. Perfect for shops and beach. Really like the friendly town and beautiful surroundings. Only lack - no where to put toiletries in bathroom.

WE really enjoyed our stay lovely apartment and very clean.
The only problem I had was the steps up to the apartment, but for able bodied people it would be perfect, and it was

Absolutely perfect for our needs ideal for a short stay
Very well thought out layout
Lots of care taken to ensure the flat was carefully managed for the current pandemic. Tracey was very willing to sort out any of our queries.

The apartment is light, bright and well decorated with a sea-side and nautical themes. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. TV with DVDs a nice touch if you are unfortunate with the weather. We were lucky with the weather so were out most of the time.but we did pop back a couple of times and enjoyed a coffee sitting at the table on the outside communal balcony. Apartment is very well situated and close to all amenities in the town centre, local shops and eateries and the beach. We would definitely stay at Seatime again if we visit the area as it provided us with our own private little holiday home from home. Perfect Location
Small studio flat with a modern and well cared for look and feel. Good spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean and what looks like new carpet through main room. Small kitchen with good dishwasher, cooker, fridge and cupboard space. Not much in the way of cooking equipment for the oven.

Very nice modern and tastefully decorated apartment. Loved the seaside theme. It was cosy, comfy and convenient. Owner very helpful and replied quickly to my communications. Would definitely book again if I return.
