HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT LOCATION- Luxurious spacious and bright apartment with touches of color and elegant design, it is a perfect property to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Seville without renouncing the proximity to points of tourist interest - and a must - like the Metropol Parasol, La Catedral, Giralda or Los real Alcázares. . It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see them and be able to rest whenever you want. Surrounded by several important churches, this being the place of departure of many of the important brotherhoods of this Religious Festival. The April Fair in Seville is easily accessible by direct bus or taxi, which stops only a few meters away. The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk. Likewise, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillan Palace Houses and churches of the highest cultural value. The environment is a show of COLOR AND LIFE: there are many restaurants, tapas bars, where you can taste our wonderful cuisine. gardens, shops, banks, supermarkets and fruit shops, and places with live flamenco shows. The building is an old Sevillian palace house of the eighteenth century, completely restored in 2017, but keeping all its architectural splendor, is characterized by its mixture of old and modern, many of the details of this are original (tiles, irons , wooden windows, vaults.) has a fountain in its main courtyard where its wonderful relaxing sound immerses you in the warmth and peace that you feel in this place. Located in a large stately neighborhood in the heart of the historic center of Seville on a street almost pedestrian, where very few vehicles transit. It has an area of 95 m2, high ceilings on the first floor with an elevator, it is exterior and its large balconies overlook the private courtyard of the building, which guarantees that your holidays will be comfortable. There are several PARKINGS IN THE AREA. The closest is the parking Image located on Calle Santa Angela de la Cruz, number 2. However, the use of the car is unnecessary, since all the main sites of tourist interest are around, or a few minutes walk. Therefore, if you come by car, leave it in the parking lot upon arrival and forget about it until the departure. Enjoy the luxury of exploring the center of this beautiful city on foot. EVERYTHING you need to feel at home and we hope you enjoy it.

Welcome was excellent even though we arrived late. Communication with Carla was good throughout and slight problems dealt with over and above our expectation. Apartment is in a quiet residential area but only 15 - 20 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar with the Setas literally round the corner. Many and varied restaurants within a short walk, Small supermarkets within 5 minutes but we used the larger Aldi which was a 6 minute walk away. This apartment could not be better located if you want to be near the sites but value quiet and privacy. We enjoyed our stay here so much and did not want leave, so would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and the management team. Thank you

The property manager was very responsive but was 15 minutes late to check in, which would not normally be a big deal but it was 108°F (42°C) outside. Not a good first impression. There is only one key which turns on the AC and power so the apartment was very hot whenever we came back from touring the city. It would take 2-3 hours to cool down. We didn’t sleep well. We understood it was very hot outside but the AC was not adequate for the hot weather. They sent someone to fix it but it was still not adequate. The pictures accurately represent what the apartment looks like except the lampshade in the living room has rust. The sofa and the chairs are dirty and the upholstery needs to be cleaned. It was unclear when the last guest stayed before us but the floors were dusty. The neighborhood is quiet but is about a 15 minute walk to the Alcazar. We suggest that the owner comes and visits the apartment to see what should be cleaned or replaced. To the owner: I have photos of some of the issues if you would like to see.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming apartment with everything you could ask for — lovely and artistic decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, roomy living and dining area, two spa-like bathrooms with great showers, and best of all during a heatwave — excellent AC. The neighborhood is amazing, just 10-20 minutes walk from virtually all of the sites in the historic district, 4 minutes from a grocery store, super close to shopping and restaurants and nightlife. From the moment you arrive in the courtyard of this building, tiled with a bubbling fountain, you feel like you are at a 5-star hotel. An elevator helps those with mobility issues. Customer service was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful and the rental is at a very fair price, too. Highly recommended!

Location great. Smaller than expected. Odd bedding, too big for the beds and no way of tucking under very thin mattresses.
Directions utterly confusing. We were given 2 different addresses and a variety of car parks. The recommendation cost £100 for 3 nights. Difficult to unload/load in v narrow street. Watch out for your alloys.

The apartment is fabulous with a pretty courtyard entrance providing shade from the sun. We loved the quirky decor and it was immaculately clean and well provided with utensils. 20 minute walk to the cathedral, close to bars and restaurants but quite and restful. Would definitely recommend.

You can see by the photos that this apartment is quite expressively decorated, which is a lovely change from some of the impersonal rental apartments we have stayed in throughout Europe. It’s also nicely equipped with all of the essentials, and located in a quiet, secure little complex organized around a small private courtyard with a fountain. The apartment was quite clean and very comfortable, and our host provided excellent communication throughout. From the apartment, you can easily walk to most of the main central sites in Sevilla. Something to keep in mind if you are wanting to order an Uber to ride from the apartment, is that Sevilla’s back streets can be quite narrow. A taxi took us from the train station to the apartment with no problem. However, when we ordered an Uber one morning, starting from the apartment, the driver shared that many of his colleagues won’t bother coming into the area where the apartment is located during busy times, because of the narrow streets. So you are better off to walk a little ways to a main street and order your Uber there.

WE STAYED IN SIX LOCATIONS ON OUR SPAIN TRIP AND ENJOYED THIS ONE THE BEST. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY COLORFUL. NOT THE DECORATION I WOULD CHOOSE FOR MY HOME BUT VERY PLEASING AND CHEERFUL. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NICE BUT DIFFICULT TO MASTER FOR ACCESS. THE STREETS ARE LAID OUT A BIT LIKE A JIG SAW PUZZLE. WITH A BIT OF MAP STUDY WE MADE OUR WAY AROUND AND THE ACCESS TO THE MAJOR SITES WAS REALLY QUITE GOOD. OUR DAILY WALKING EXCURSIONS WERE A REAL PLEASURE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

My husband and our two close friends spent a glorious 5 days at this lovely apartment. Spotless, eclectic, wonderful accommodations made our stay in Seville perfect. The location, quiet neighborhood, and access to this beautiful city! We truly enjoyed our stay, and my communication with the owner, Victoria and the property manager, Susi was stellar. This is a very comfortable accommodation with walking access to everything in Seville. We had a car that we parked - follow the instructions to Parking Imagen and you’ll be fine. Everything you need is easily available with a short walk! Lovely flat in a great city - don’t miss it!!

The property was nice enough however I was charged an extra € after I left which negated any savings of staying in an apartment rental vs a hotel.
When I checked in, I was told to put a key which controlled the electricity and was instructed to remove it upon check out and leave it on the table which I did. I was also told where the circuit breaker was located which I found strange.
First night, electricity went out in an unfamiliar apartment. When we went to circuit breaker, the minute we touched the cover, it fell off the wall and we were unable to put it back on. I even let the owner know about this. The owner accused me of taking a knife to the circuit breaker cover to remove it from the wall which I did not do. I did not nor would I ever destroy any property. I was charged for damages I did not cause.
I was also charged extra € for electricity for not conserving energy. The assumption is as a foreigner, I should have known what that electricity switch was for. The only explanation I received is to keep the key on the wall to have power and remove it when I checked out, not each time I left the apartment. So if I stayed in the apartment the whole time, was I supposed to not have power to conserve energy? Of the four properties I stayed in, this was the only property with a key for electricity.
This whole situation dampened what was otherwise a nice vacation in Spain. This was the only property I had issues with and has made me not want to ever book anything through VRBO in the future.
I would not recommend this property due to how this situation was handled. There is a lack of professionalism in emails I received from the owner/property manager.

First time in Seville
Absolutely fabulous stay in Seville for our first time. The Apt was in a perfect location for accessing the key sights. Very safe, clean & equipped with all that we needed. When we arrived, we were met by a young man who helped with our luggage and to the apt. His English was limited, & our Spanish was too, so it was difficult to get some answers. Overall, I would definitely recommend this VRBO and return again. Gail & David

Pretty Unit, Great Location
Victoria's apartment in central Seville, very close to the (mushroom) Las Setas marketplace/square plaza was a cheery bright place in a really fabulous location- close to tourist stuff, but didn't feel that way once you were on our street. The walk to the Cathedral, etc wasn't hard and we enjoyed our access to so much from the apartment (Don't miss the House of Pilot, few tourists, and hundreds of years away. Audio guide in English wasn't so great, but the site was!). The apartment's room layout worked well for 3 adult travelers and the unit was quiet for sleeping. The kitchen functioned well, and had a few basic supplies to help us make a two dinners in the house. The Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee maker leaked when in use, so when we used it we didn't put the reservoir on until right before brew time, then we immediately pulled it back off when the coffee was made; but generally, we used the Moka pot, which we prefer anyway. Having to leave the keys in the electricity switch for power (and only having one set of keys) was a minor issue. It meant that when two of us went for a run and took the keys, the member of our group left behind -sleeping in a little- had no power when she woke up.
Our only real complaints were that it appeared the apartment hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a bit (e.g. the rug under the main bedroom bed really needed vacuuming, the kitchen cabinets had something spilled on them that had dried on the surface and the buffet had dried foodstuffs/cosmetics ? left on top.) But this may have been a maid service issue, not the owner's fault at all. In general though, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient location.
The apartment was superbly appointed, very clean and the management was very easy to communicate with. Is perfect for exploring the center. There are cafes and restaurants conveniently located and one can walk to the cathedral (about 12 minutes) and popular shopping areas. I do recommend the location. It gave the feel of a great local experience staying in the center.

Enchanting environment
At first sight of the artsy decor of the apartment, it felt kitzy, but within a short while I began to appreciate the artistic and unique flair of this excellent apartment. A wonderful layout, privacy, comfortable furniture, and well thought out appointments,

Great location!
We really enjoyed our visit. It was walking distance to everything and lots of restaurants. The tiny streets are difficult to drive in so I would recommend that you park your car in a lot and take a taxi to the unit. Only suggestion is to give us an extra key so we can have different schedules and to provide more paper products.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The hostess was easy to communicate with. We were met promptly. The location was great with Hercules Plaza so close and full of amazing restaurants.
