About this house rental
House in typical rustic courtyard with adjoining land of 650 m². The house has been recently renovated and the ground is for the exclusive use; parking for the car is just outside the yard, next to the house. The building, on two levels, includes kitchen, living room, a bedroom and a bedroom for 4/5 total beds, bathroom, all fully furnished including dishes.
Not included are linens and blankets. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, stove with 4 burners, microwave, TV and radio.

Large clean rooms, good beds, very nice location close to Garda and Verona.The hosts Antonella & Luigi are very nice. They don't get in your way but are there when you need them.While booking I did not pay attention: the house has no wifi (wlan) but we did not really miss it.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la "casa Martini". Luigi et Antonella sont très sympathiques et accueillants et j'ai pris plaisir à parler à nouveau Italien ! La maison est très propre et reste fraîche malgré la canicule. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et sa vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Point très appréciable également : une eau de source fraîche aux robinets ! La location proche du lac nous a permis de visiter les plus belles villes de la côte est ainsi qu'une escapade à Venise ! (1 H 35).

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine schöne Woche in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Antonella und Luigi verbracht. Die beiden sind sehr nett und unkompliziert! Der zur Wohnung gehörende Garten und die Terrasse waren unsere Highlights. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Monte Baldo und seine Ausläufer, aus dem auch das sehr gute trinkbare Leitungswasser kommt. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, z.B. auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Heizung für kühlere Tage. Auf unseren Wunsch bekamen wir auch ein Babybett.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!
