The house is designed and furnished to make your stay relaxed and extra special. You have the whole house to yourselves. The ocean views are stunning and there is plenty of room for 2 families. Lots of open space, comfort and tranquillity will have you wanting to stay forever. 4 bedrooms which sleeps 9 people comfortably with plenty of room. 3 bathrooms and a sunroom. The master bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a walk in wardrobe and separate ensuite bathroom. There is a large sunroom off of this room too. Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a double and single bunk arrangement. Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor and offers 2 single beds in a trundle set up. This room also has its own ensuite. From the balcony you really get to see what the Gerroa hype is all about. The property boasts 180 degree views of the ocean. The beautiful, non busy beach, nearly always offers the perfect wave. A two minute stroll from the house and your toes will be in the sand. Other features include, Wifi, Optus Fetch and Netflix. Barbecue and a 3 level garden and entertaining area. Your own private board walk to Bland Place gives access to on street parking and the beach. **Bland Place is the best place to park as the driveway for Ocean Breeze is quite steep off of Crooked River Road**. All linen is provided including bath towels. (beach towels not included).

Stayed with family from the UK over Christmas. The house was well presented, clean, with plenty of room, a lovely balcony and magnificent views. Highly recommended for a family stay.

We headed straight to this little gem after a long flight from California, and it made up for the rough overseas trip. It is a lovely, large property in an ideal location; we truly couldn't ask for more. Dean was a very kind and responsive property manager. We have only positive feedback about our experience and very much enjoyed our stay. The week flew by much too fast.

We had a great stay at Ocean Breeze and would highly recommend! The house was very clean and well appointment and the view over seven mile beach was stunning - really lovely to wake up to every day. Communication with Dean was always fast and helpful. A short drive into beautiful Berry, Gerringong or Kiama, lots to see and do around the area.

Great house with good living area, but seating in lounge is limited. 4th bedroom on living area very small with no window or air circulation, very stuffy, not suitable for sleeping

We had a wonderful weekend away with friends. The house is beautiful with amazing views, large living areas, large bedrooms and generous bathrooms. We had 2 families stay and it was very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need including plastic ware for young kids, oil, coffee, spices etc. Thank you for a relaxing getaway.

The property was lovely with lots of space and a great view. Unfortunately it rained the whole time but we managed to get out and about and had a good time. We are all keen to head back soon. Dean was a marvellous host and we appreciated the late check out.

We stayed at Ocean Breeze for 10 days just before Christmas. The views are incredible and the house was perfect for our group. It's so well appointed with everything you might need, and the deck first thing in the morning and then in the late afternoon sunset is amazing. We'll definitely be back again!

The house is amazing - the view is spectacular and the location is perfect. We had a great holiday and all the things we could think of were already thought of for us - well stocked kitchen, child friendly, plenty of things to do like board games and dvds so even on rainy days it’s a delight. Dean as a host is lovey and excellent communication. We look forward to visiting again

My family and I had a lovely time staying at this beach house. Beautifully furnished and clean. The beach views from the balcony are stunning (pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it for yourself). Excellent location with the beach, cafe and kids playground a short stroll away. Highly recommended

This house was even nicer than in the listing and perfect for 2 families (4 adults 4 kids) as 3 bathrooms and lots of different zones in the house for hanging out. Beautiful views from almost every room and a short walk to the beach, a great cafe and surf school. And Dean was a great host - quickly responding to questions about the house and giving local tips.

Great location with fantastic ocean views and the house is well stocked with a good sized outdoor deck with seating. Suited our family of 6 adults perfectly although accomodates more. Has a large master bedroom which also has great views. Easy walk to the beach and the golf course is close by. Would definately stay here again.
