Terrible stay in such an expensive place

The location was good, the view was nice however you only have the view from the most top level, which has only one bed.

The entire property which was advertised with the floor area size of great than 300 sqm, has 2 old air conditioners, none of them worked during our stay, even worse, one air conditioner located in living room of upper level and one in the living room of the lower level. No air conditioner exists on the mid level and none in bed rooms. The property is located westerly and absorbs sun in the afternoon. Some windows do not have blinds. As such the bedrooms got super hot and basically no one could stay in those bedrooms. Some bedrooms do not even have ceiling fans! The upper floor is exactly like an aquarium with all glass windows and some windows not having blinds and only one small out-of-order air conditioner exists for the entire upper level. The first afternoon of our stay, the temp got above 38 degrees Celsius and all guests got headaches. The second day was the same story and guests decided to leave the place in the afternoon due to hot temperature inside. Fortunately, the third day the weather got cooler. Anyway, our first two afternoons were ruined because the property didn’t care to deliver us an accommodation with working air conditioners as advertised and didn’t care to fix the issue despite us letting them know! Such a waste of our money for that accommodation and such terrible response from the property, and such non-responsive property managers and owners.

Very good

Spacious enough for different families to have their own space. Easy to clean. Towels and bedding were clean and nice smelling.

All window tracks and door tracks were filthy. Window glass was filthy too which is a shame because the property was about the view. Balustrade was sticky from the polish coming off. Dryer hung upside down made all the sand that was accumulated drop straight back into the dryer and the floor when emptying the filter. No aircon in middle level so was very humid. Kids were able to find things in the couch which indicated couches not being cleaned.
