I went on a solo vacation to Okinawa and chose Novotel Okinawa Naha as my place to stay. It had nice rooms, a gym (very important to me), parking and reasonable prices for lodging. The hotel has a nice cafe, a restaurant and a market for any small needs. The location was convenient and easy to access, use Google maps for directions!! The staff were ALL so helpful and accomodating. 1 young lady even took it upon herself to continue calling a restaurant to secure a reservation for me while I was out exploring the island. That is definitely above and beyond in my opinion because she didnt have to do that for me and I am thankful for her. There is also, in walking distance, a French chef tasting experience that was immaculate!!
I enjoyed my quiet stay and wouldnt hesitate to book there again in the future if needed!
The only reason I took away a point was because parking was listed as one price (which was a determining factor before I booked), but was a higher price when I checked in and I was not made aware of that change in advance.

It was nice and clean and the staff was very kind.
The food was also good.
The overall stay was very pleasant.
I think that the parking charges wasn’t clearly mentioned in the web ,the daily parking charges was very high. Also ,even though we booked a room for a family of 4, we had to buy towels for the 2 children. I suggest that these things should be clearly mentioned during the booking..providing very clear information is highly appreciated.

Great pool area and friendly staff. Comfy, good sized rooms and beds. Good views. Good gym!
The breakfast dishes are mostly with meat. There are no places to hang wet swimsuit after pool. Kids playroom is without sound softening materials so it is not nice to use.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Great that there was a family mart on site.
I was not able to enjoy the swimming pool or terrace because I have tattoos. I feel in 2025, this policy is super dated and not inclusive, and should be reviewed.
Location is not so great if you’re without a car, not many restaurants nearby.
